In the heart of the historic Montford neighborhood, this picturesque detached carriage house is tucked away behind our 1897 Queen Anne Victorian home, previously operating as the Bed of Roses Bed & Breakfast. Make yourself at home with your own private entrance, private parking, fast WiFi, a 50" TV w/ Netflix and Disney+, and full use of our serene outdoor garden, complete with hammock and comfy patio furniture. Modern Cabin Retreat w/ Sauna

This space was designed with love and care and the hope that all who stay here feel relaxed and connected to nature. We recently added a cedar barrel sauna that heats up quickly and is user friendly. Often we don’t see guests but I’m always available for questions and recommendations. We live "next door" on the same property with our two young sons. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, so while it hopefully feels removed from any hustle and bustle, there is access to many conveniences.

Mountain modern Carriage House downtown Morganton

The Carriage House and city of Morganton have power and are ready visitors. This guest house sits behind a historic home in downtown Morganton. The 1920s structure has restored original finishes : a claw foot tub, vintage bathroom sink, and farm house sink in the kitchen. Downstairs features original wood bead board ceilings. Upstairs the ceiling was removed to expose the roof and beams. Two fireplaces keep it cozy - you'll have a lovely place relax and listen to the rain on the metal roof.

Come stay minutes away from the beautiful Linville Gorge. This area has everything from amazing hiking, mountain biking, climbing, skiing, snowtubing, to just enjoying the breathtaking scenery. This is a one bedroom guest house separate from the main house located in the neighborhood of Gingercake Acres with an amazing view throughout the space. There is also a bonus room with a futon. Enjoy sitting on the deck and enjoying a view of the mountains and a spectacular sunrise.

The king bed and comfy futon allow for post-adventure relaxing, outdoor fire pit available or cool off in the river.
