Major supermarkets are one suburb away in either direction (both accessible by train). UQ is 10 minutes away. If you play golf I can arrange a round at Indooroopilly Golf Club.

It has a small fridge and kitchenette so you can store food and prepare your meals. The washing machine is outside in the patio area. Five minute drive to Kenmore Plaza, Koala Santuary, and Centanary hightway. Nine km to Brisbane CBD. Bus stop to the City via Indooroopilly is about 900m away. Street parking.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.

The resident Border Collie will no doubt greet you enthusiastically. Please do not allow him in the house or feed him.
