This is a comfy place to stay and an excellent location. The dryer and washer are included, a desk to work, good internet, and its own parking space. Located 15 minutes away from Tampa Airport, 30 minutes away from the famous Clear Water Beach, 10 minutes away from Citrus Mall, and 18 minutes from the International Mall. Grand Central/Warehouse Arts District Loft

Large loft located in the Grand Central/Warehouse Arts District. There are a lot of great restaurants, bars, breweries, art galleries, boutique and antique stores all within walking distance. You can walk to everything. There are several breweries and great cocktail bars within blocks.
