This private guest suite in North Boulder is a welcoming space located on the main floor of our home (not a basement). It is a bright, clean and comfortable space. It has a separate entrance, easy parking, a kitchen and grocery close by. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You are close to the action but far enough away to have a peaceful nights sleep. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

Nov - May snowy/icy conditions are possible, a 4WD/AWD is necessary. Appropriate footwear w/ traction is recommended to navigate stairs/property.

This lower-level apartment is 1.5 miles north of Boulder. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a workspace, living room, its own kitchenette, and entrance. Right down the hill you'll find hiking and mountain bike trails, bike paths, coffee shops, restaurants, Upslope Brewery, and wineries/cideries. We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.

Please note: as the apartment is connected to main living area, muffled sound travels between the spaces. We honor quiet hours between 10-7. Most guests don’t find this to be an issue. As you’ll see in the photos, the Murphy bed can be folded up during the day for more space.
