I rented this apartment for my parent while they were in town for my granddaughter's baby shower. Karen and Bryan's place was perfect! Well layed out, everything you could possibly need was available. Beautiful private back yard with fire pit and chairs under a pergola, access to a grill if needed, super comfortable, sturdy king size bed huge bathroom and closet as well as a kitchenette with everything you could possibly need. I 100% recommend this place and will be reserving again whenever we have family in town. Photos don't do this justice! So grateful I found this place. My parents were extremely happy with it!

I didn’t think when I came to stay here I would experience such a relax fun and colorful atmosphere. I wish I would have booked a longer stay! We loved it to much we will for sure come back to this location in the future! Thanks to the Host too for being so responsive and having such a cool style for a place to stay!!

Andrew and Jenna were great hosts! They were very kind to be flexible on check-in for us since we were traveling by plane for the first time with our 8 month old. The place had everything we could need to have a comfortable stay for the week. Great, fully stocked kitchen for convenient cooking “at home” as well as laundry appliances for easy use. The neighborhood is close to plenty of places to eat or shop and it is a nice area to enjoy safe walks. We loved this place and would love again the next time we come to Phoenix. Great hosts, great place!

Very detailed instructions and clean stay. Only wish the FOB wasn’t so fickle at most entry points but that’s likely not the hosts fault.

My co-worker and I stayed here for a week while performing at ASU Gammage. The apt was within walking distance to work in a peaceful neighborhood. Our only wish is that we could have stayed longer. The apt was clean, comfortable and spacious, and Troy was incredibly accommodating and kind.

Amazing place to stay in downtown Phoenix. Very walkable and safe location. Super comfy and beautiful apartment, and instructions were all super clear and easy to follow.

My husband & I stayed in Michael's clean home for a week. Instructions were clear, it drove us to gate & walked us straight to the door. Key is funny looking & I thought we couldnt get in until my husband turned it & opened the door. LOL. The property is gated & exactly as pictured/described. We were uneasy about parking but were assured to park in the spaces marked residents only. The elevators are slow. We found the stairs & took them down but it would have been nice to have outside side access to use stairs going up instead of using front door & waiting on the elevators. More towels were need but you can wash. Easy access to downtown Chandler & close to the local attractions/restaurants. The casino is a 10 min drive, downtown Phoenix was 25-30 min drive. It was quiet/peaceful. Michael was on vacation internationally but communicated with us despite the time difference. We would stay again & recommend this property for a comfortable place to stay as our experience was great.

My family and I had an amazing stay at Connor’s home! He was flexible with check in and check out to accommodate our flight times and responded quickly anytime we had a question. The house was clean and the pool, hot tub, and outdoor area were so much fun to enjoy. The outdoor sound system was a huge plus too! Another thing that stood out was the option to turn/unplug the camera facing the pool- we all felt very comfortable and at home. We will definitely be booking again!

Great stay for a group of 8 people. Very clean house that was well stocked. We Really enjoyed are time there.

We enjoyed our trip to Mesa. Hedy and Jessica were really responsive and helped us with any of our questions. We had a short trip but they had everything we needed and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. Really enjoyed this house!

The house is amazing! We will definitely be back soon. Great host and the Gilbert area is very desirable. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend to others!

Great home and great pool! Easy to access freeways and grocery stores. Everything g you need is there to feel like you’re at home!

Rob's place was wonderful! The house was spacious and the view!!! OH MY GOODNESS the view of the Superstition Mountain was amazing in the evening and in the morning! We had an amazing view of the mountain from the living room, one of the bedrooms and on their balcony! It was quiet as well. I loved the there were quail roaming around. Overall, we loved our stay and will definitely stay again and highly recommend :)

My husband and I stayed here to enjoy his 60th Bday and we were able to bring our dog Rex as well. We LOVED this place and everything about it. It was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. They even put a TV in the bedroom for us at our request. It had everything we needed and the space outside was Awesome. We enjoyed it so much and pretty much were outside the whole time unless we were sleeping. It was perfect. We enjoyed the hot tub. We played ping pong and enjoyed the comfortable sitting area watching old westerns. We were down to explore the Goldfield Ghost Town and also really enjoyed the dinner and the atmosphere at the Rusty Buckle Saloon near by as well We also got to meet the owner Steve and he was really nice. Thank you both for creating such a wonderful place to enjoy on our vacation and we will return again. Just really Wow. We had a great time and Rex says he loved it too and thanks for the wonderful yard to enjoy too!

Great location, easy access to main roads and freeway. Condo was very nice, plenty of room and the balcony was delightful in the evenings.

We had a wonderful time staying here! Although we've visited Phoenix several times before, this trip was special as we stayed further out in Gilbert, Mesa. We traveled with our two daughters, ages 7 and 10, and the whole family had an amazing experience. The complex is beautifully maintained, with friendly residents and a fantastic community heated pool and hot tub. We loved the great weather, as well as the convenient shopping, restaurants, and walking paths around the neighborhood. I highly recommend this place without hesitation. The host was always available for communication, and both check-in and check-out were seamless. We developed a perfect routine of morning hikes and afternoon pool time – it truly felt like the ideal vacation.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay. Bryan and Roxanne were very quick to communicate and had very detailed instructions and recommendations for anything you could need. The condo was very clean, well stocked with basic (and even extra!) supplies (including kitchen and toiletries) — and it was more spacious than appeared in the photos. The location of the condo was 10-15 minutes away from most amenities and attractions we visited, and we enjoyed hiking Papago Ridge frequently as it was so close by (and lovely to view from outside the condo building). A few things of note (out of the hosts control) were frequent scent of other condo residents smoking cigarettes and marijuana, and it would’ve been nice if there was a net we could’ve cleaned the leaves out of the pool as there was not much for pool maintenance (but we enjoyed having the pool to ourselves almost every day!). We would absolutely stay again if we come back!

I found Kelsey’s place to be exactly as described, and perfect for my needs! The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is adorable. It was a quiet oasis, even though it’s right downtown. The locked gate also made me feel safe and secure, as a woman traveling on my own. Thanks, Kelsey!

Ryan was the absolute best host we could have asked for! The hidden gym was breathe taking and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations! Ryan was always available whenever we had a question. We will most definitely be calling this our new Airbnb home when we visit the area. See you next month Ryan! 😊

We had a lovely stay at Erick's place! This was a perfect space to call home for our travels in Phoenix. You'll be close to Tempe, Mesa, and Phoenix, and close to local attractions like Dobbins Point at South Mountain and the Phoenix art museum. Erick was communicative, helpful, and patient in all of his correspondence. Happy to stay here again on a future trip!

Felt like staying in a hotel suite. Comfortable, clean and private. Pool area was lovely and residents were super friendly and welcoming to visitors. Definitely recommend for someone looking for a nice place with all the amenities for a reasonable price.
