The place was perfect for our trip. The location was fantastic being close to both Old Town Scottsdale and the ASU campus. The layout of the house was nice, it was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a park nearby that was perfect for walking every morning. The hosts reached out to us before our arrival to let us know that the pool was still being worked on. We still had access to the hot tub. Because of this slight inconvenience, they offered us a reimbursement. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house and awesome pool with lots of pool toys. Brandon and Nicole were very responsive and friendly. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

Beautiful house! Paddle boat was so fun on the little lake out back. Hot tub only worked one of the three nights we were there. Disappointing because the heated tub and pool is main reason why we chose this house. Also needing to pick the 3-hours to heat the hot tub and 8-hours to heat the pool was not something we understood before choosing to rent. Regardless, we had a nice time and the hosts were very nice.

Very comfortable home. Extremely clean. Danielle was easy to reach and quick to respond to questions. Great area to walk in. Close to shops and restaurants. Great place to stay!

Hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. House was wonderful between the pool, hot tub, and record player. Was a good weekend. Don’t recommend running by the pool concrete is slick 😂

Everything was as described, Harkaran was always available when needed very quick to respond to any situation! We would definitely stay again whenever visiting AZ! Thanks for everything we truly appreciate, he was an awesome host!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay. It was super close to ASU where we were visiting our daughter. Plus our dog really loved staying there as well. Our stay at this AirBnB was great! We communicated with Evelyn before our stay and upon arrival at the Phoenix Airport. Daphne met us at the parking lot and took us to the unit; sharing the various services and how to get in and out of the unit. The unit was as described and met our needs. The location is excellent: adjacent to the local Tempe Town Lake providing many activities, near the freeway for easy access coming and going and near several restaurants. The two bedroom/two bathroom unit was spacious and we had all the necessary items for cooking all our meals in the full kitchen. This is a great place to use as a headquarters for visiting friends, shopping, attending concerts and sporting events and relaxing in the Phoenix Area. We highly recommend. Evelyn was available during our stay and met any need we had.

Nice little space for a weekend stay. George even accommodated me for an earlier check in. Great desert views.
