Meine Frau und ich vermieten dieses zentrale und moderne Apartment. Zentraler geht es nicht: ihr schlaft im Museumsviertel, fußläufig zwischen Uni, der Innenstadt und dem Englischen Garten! Direkt in der Maxvorstadt gelegen, dem pulsierenden Univiertel der Stadt ist es umgeben von den besten Studentencafes, Bars, Restaurants und Shops. Die bekanntesten Museen Münchens sind ebenfalls direkt nebenan. Gleichzeitig geht es zu Fuß in 5 min. direkt zum Odeonsplatz und der Innenstadt Münchens.

Die Wohnung wurde 2019 komplett saniert und neu ausgestattet. Sie liegt im Herzen der Maxvorstadt, umzingelt von schönen Cafés, kleinen Boutiquen, Restaurants und Bars. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Englische Garten, Odeonsplatz oder der Marienplatz sind alle in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung besitzt ein modernes Bad. Die Betten sind super bequem und bieten Platz bis zu 5 Erwachsenen Menschen. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und bietet alles was man so braucht.

The location is perfect to explore the city and some pleasant alone time for couples. Our beautiful bright 2 room apartment offers enough space for 4 people. The area is in an optimal location with many stores & bars. Supermarkets are within walking distance and also the U2 is in 2 minutes. In addition, the Maxvorstadt is an art area with many museums and sights.
