Newly finished, a bright stylish and fully equipped elegant 70m2 fully air- conditioned loft can easily accommodate the needs of 1-5 travelers. It is built in Kalamata in an uncrowded neighborhood on a quiet street with easy parking. Guests have full access to all household appliances, equipment , amenities, plus wifi connection. Both the local beach (1km) and the city centre (2km) make an easy destination. Grocery stores, eateries, small bakeries are all within a comfortable walking distance.

Comfort Studio Ilios kai Thalassa close to beach

Our guesthouse consists of 4 identical studios with lots of privacy. Each studio has a comfortable double boxspring bed, 2 walk-in wardrobes, ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette and airconditioning. Outside each studio has a large covered veranda and a open terrace with 2 sunbeds. The fresh & healthy breakfast as included is served in the communal garden, where you can also find an outdoor shower and hammock. The sandy beach and taverna are just few minutes walking away.

Appartement indépendant, dans une maison moderne au cœur du village de Pylos. Très belle vue sur la baie de NAVARINO depuis la terrasse de 4mX8m, piscine de 3m X 3m.(Non sécurisée) L’appartement construit en 2022, tout le confort, double vitrage, climatisation, ventilation mécanique, wc japonnais. Commerces et place principale à 10 mn à pieds. Baignade dans la magnifique baie de Pylos à 15mn à pieds. Nombreuses plages à moins de 30mn en voiture. Golf international de NAVARINO à 20 mn.

Με τη θάλασσα ακριβώς δίπλα και πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό, καφέ και ποτό. Το κέντρο της πόλης βρίσκεται σε κοντινή απόσταση (στάση λεωφορείου ακριβώς έξω από το σπίτι). Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια και μοναχικούς επισκέπτες. Παρέχονται δωρεάν δυο ποδήλατα για βόλτες στον ποδηλατόδρομο της πόλης.

The heart of Pilos! This second floor apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood right in the heart of Pilos and has a nice view. It was renovated on the 1st of August 2018 and it is suitable for up to 5 persons. It has a master bedroom, a room with 2 beds and a living room with a sofa-bed. Also a fully equipped kitchen, a washer and free wifi. Balconies on both sides of the apartment for morning coffee under the sun!
