Plenty of street parking directly outside the property.

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

Seadogs- pet friendly, Fleetwood, near Blackpool

Located in the old town of Fleetwood, Seadogs is the perfect base to explore Blackpool,Thornton-Cleveleys & other areas of the Fylde coast. Fleetwood beach is less than a 5min walk away. There are beach huts available to hire and a cafe. The Mount pavilion&gardens is a 1min walk from Seadogs. Here you will find a dog friendly pub overlooking the coast. Various other pubs, cafes, shops, takeaways& arcades all within walking distance. The tram stop which takes you to Blackpool is a 5min walk away.

Set in rural Preston near the coast and River Wyre, it’s perfect for walkers, with Blackpool Illuminations just a short drive away. Lancaster and the Lake District are also within easy reach. Due to the rural setting, driving is essential; a parking space is located next to the bungalow.

Country escape! Self contained cottage in rural location. Set in a peaceful area close to the popular market town of Poulton-le-Fylde which is home to excellent selection of independent shops and amazing choice of restaurants and bars. Stalmine historic village is close to The Seven Stars pub offering delicious food and local ales. The nearby seaside resort of Blackpool is within easy reach. Other places of interest include Lytham and St. Annes. The Lakes less than an hour away.

Beautifully appointed cottage near Blackpool.

This is a beautiful cottage within the heart of Lancashire farming community. Surrounded by rural views. With two private gardens at your disposal and private secure off road parking. On a country lane, that provides quick access to Blackpool with its night life, attractions and illuminations in September, and only 50 mins to the Lake District. If you want the sea, its not far at all, with large beaches at Blackpool and the lovely upgraded front at Cleveleys is only a short drive away.

Annex in centre of Poulton Village.

This self contained annex is located at the rear garden of a house in a very quiet street. It is located in a perfect spot only 2 minutes walk to the centre of Poulton and the train station. Only 2 miles from Blackpool Hospital 6 min drive (see pics) Good transport links to Preston and Lythan St Annes. Free on street parking is usually available. The annex has private access. It is accessed down a pathway which runs inbetween/ behind the residential properties. Please see photographs.

Rhubarb Cottage was built in 1855 and is a quaint white cottage with a modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms. It has views over Newers Wood and easy access to Fluke Hall beach. Situated in rural Pilling it is ideally located for access to the Lakes, Trough of Bowland, Lancaster and seaside resort of Blackpool. This is the perfect base for cycling or rambling along the coast or into the countryside along with exploring the historic surroundings.

A spacious lodge, with private entrance, in the large garden of a family home near to seaside village, Knott-End-On-Sea . Filteted drinking water, free range eggs from garden chickens - even a trampoline!. Located near the sea, you can stroll down the front to village cafes, pub, shops, golf club and a short ferry to Fleetwood. The attractions of Lancaster, Blackpool, Cleveleys, Morecambe, Forrest of Bowland & Lake District are a short drive away.

Large converted barn in peaceful, rural location

Wake up to the sounds of the birds singing! A lovely 3 bedroom barn conversion set in 12 acres of fields, ponds and some wooded areas which you are welcome to explore. The barn has a large open plan kitchen/diner/living space and also a huge second living room. Super fast Wifi (400mb+) throughout and two large TVs in the living areas Blackpool/Preston/Lancaster are all around 20 minutes away and you can be in the Lake District in an hour.

First floor accommodation, quiet residential area

It's 3 miles to Blackpool town centre with a great bus service and shops a two minute walk away. I live downstairs and guests occupy the first floor, set up as an apartment with their own access. There are 2 bedrooms that sleep 3 guests. (one single room with single bed; one double room with a double bed) There is a lounge with TV, dining table and chairs and a small kitchenette. The flat is dog friendly with a large gated front garden.
