Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

Dave is a great host. The apartment is beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment. I had a couple of small things come up during my stay, but Dave took care of them right away (even on a Saturday evening!). There was some noise from the street and the equipment on the building but nothing that a pair of basic ear plugs couldn’t handle. All in all I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again!

Monica was an amazin host and the house was all I could ask for. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. 5-star attributes: 1. Great location just a few blocks from promenade and walkable to pier. 2. Spacious apartment. 3. Comfortable living room with beautiful flat screen to connect to via Apple screen casting. We enjoyed binging shows from a very comfortable couch. 4. Super clean bathrooms and kitchen with all expected amenities. 5. Responsive host who made check in easy. 6. Safe garage parking was huge! Hotels in area charge $50/night! 7. Two clean full bathrooms. Areas for improvement: The building lets in a little noise from the neighbors when they were coming home. The bedrooms let in a lot of sunlight. Bring your eye mask and you will sleep like a baby on the comfortable beds. Loved our stay and would recommend for families.

Beautiful well kept property. Location was great, just a 2 minute walk to the beach. It was a further walk to shops and restaurants but doable (we much preferred being closer to the beach) It was nice to have our dog with us both at the apartment and the beach. 3 beach chairs, 1 umbrella and 4 beach towels were available for use. We appreciated the cleanliness and the kitchen seemed well stocked (we didn’t cook during our visit) The only thing that would’ve made our stay better is a mattress topper on the queen bed to make it a little softer because the mattress is very firm. We highly recommend staying here!

Mark's place was wonderful and centrally located in Santa Monica just a couple minutes from the water. I had a very late arrival after my flight was delayed and Mark was very easy and accomodating. Had a wonderful stay.

We were in Santa Barbara to attend a wedding. decided it would be fun to take the train down. 3 Dux was a 10-minute walk from the station and a 10-minute walk from the wedding venue at one of the museums off of State Street. ideal location for our situation with the beach, ‘the funk zone’, State Street with oodles of great restaurants and shopping, wonderful museums all within easy walking distance. Baby Dux was cozy and clean and had basically all we needed for a terrific stay. Confident to say we will be back! Thanks again, Debbie!

The house has a spacious interior, the bed was comfy, the place was really clean, and the backyard was a nice place to relax. Easy to get to and conveniently located for an event I was attending in Calabasas.

Clean space , felt like home & very private area . Host made it very easy for check in and flexible with the check out hours . I would recommend and would stay again !

Fantastic location for easy beach access. House was quiet and private. Loved having the bikes available for the nearby Shoreline bike trail. Brent checked in often and was immediately helpful when there was a problem with one bike. Overall a great stay!

Had a great stay! The place was clean and spacious. Instructions for check in and out were easy, and Jennifer communicate everything up front and well before my trip which made planning super convenient. Beautiful view is the surrounding mountains and super close drive to town. I would definitely stay here again ☺️

Our family’s stay in Santa Barbara was made so comfortable by this lovely home! It was so well equipped with all the kitchen and bath necessities, and it was so pleasant to look out toward the mountains while relaxing in the open living space. The location was so convenient and walkable to the beach, to State St., to 101, and to food markets and many dining options. The train made minimal noise on a predictable schedule and we enjoyed watching it come and go! We easily explored Santa Barbara from this easy and pleasant home base. Great stay for family of 4. Location is convenient, close to beach, grocery store and some food/coffee spots. House was clean and had great amenities. To make it more family friendly, would recommend having a play pen available. Luckily we were driving there so could bring our play pen.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay! Well stocked home, never lacked for clean towels, bedding, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, etc which I've found missing from other airbnbs sometimes. The home was comfortable, and the art studio doubles as an extra private bedroom when the large sliding door between it and the kitchen is shut. Pull out beds in 2 couches make for comfortable sleeping arrangements. The best part of this house is being able to open it all up and enjoy the indoor and outdoor living spaces together in a seamless flow. Beautiful inside and out - we loved our stay here.

Great stay overall. Had all the basic amenities and no frills. Noticed the outside bathroom has slight pink discoloration in the grout so it was a bit unsightly. The outlet in that bathroom also wasn’t working and it was a bit inconvenient. The building nearby had an alarm go off at 5-6 am one morning and it woke everyone up; hopefully, it was just a one-time thing. Very spacious house and open backyard.

Amazing place!! Justin was so friendly and responsive, and he made check in/check out a breeze (and even provided flexible check out that was very helpful for my travel schedule). I also really appreciated how Justin worked so hard to resolve a little Internet issue ASAP and now the place has blazing fiber internet! The place was super well-equipped -- powerful washer/dryer, tons of detergent pods, huge coffee machine with ground coffee, super clean space, and shower with GREAT pressure. The heater worked well too for the night. Book this place -- I highly recommend it!!

A hidden GEM! Sweetest hosts, gorgeous garden filled with hummingbirds, doves, squirrels, & butterflies. Bed was super comfortable & large, living room is so cute! So many thoughtful details, candles, lovely smelling soaps, teas, extra blankets. Affordable, central to everywhere you wanna be. Can’t wait to come back & stay again! 😍😍😍

Jane’s place was very comfortable for our 10-day stay. The light was lovely, the kitchen easily accommodated two people cooking together, and each room was larger than I expected, vs. many airbnb rentals that are smaller than you expect based on the photos. It is an easy walk to a great produce market that has everything you need, Stearns Wharf, a delightful zoo, a bird refuge and of course East Beach. I took advantage of beach yoga there. Reunion kitchen at the CaBrillo Pavillion was very convenient and the food was quite good. Great latte!

We had a wonderful stay at Norma's Casa Azul! We went to sleep every night to the sound of the waves and woke up to sunshine! We will be back for sure!

Tom’s place was absolutely amazing. It was so close to Six Flags and right next to all different stores and restaurants. It was perfect. He was always so responsive and answered any questions I have. I will be booking again the next time I’m out there.

Michael has a really nice spot near Ventura. Located near both the bay and beaches I would gladly stay again if in the area. Ventura is a beautiful town with a ton to do.

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!

place was so nice and so clean, anything that we would’ve needed to use was also there!! clear intrusions on how to enter and such a cozy place overall :)
