Harstine Place is a family home where five generations have grown and gathered. It was designed by our mother to maximize waterfront views. We welcome well-behaved dogs. There is 1 king, 1 full, 2 twins & queen sofa bed. Enjoy hiking trails, a clubhouse, and ball courts. Shared pool & spa open in summer. Beach shelters have fire pits & off-leash pet areas. Groceries and Lakeland Village Golf Course are 30 minutes away. Pacific Ocean is just under two hours west. Required contract for booking.

Utilities, internet, smart TV, starter kits for bathroom, kitchen & laundry are included. It has in-unit washer & dryer, with free parking, gym & pool. There is a portable air conditioning unit in the main bedroom. No smoking & no pets allowed in the unit.
