Stayed at Bao Tran Villa for 2 nights. The place is exactly as listed. The pool was clean and crystal clear. The kids absolutely loved it. Chú Cường was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a small party and left the cleanup overnight as he kindly took care of everything for us the next morning. Kha and Trang were super responsive and clearly communicated all the information, all the house rules, making everything so easy . Our family really enjoyed the stay. We’ll definitely be coming back in the near future.

We love this place. Our family had a great time at Anh Thanh’s place. The villa is extremely clean and have everything you need for a home-feeling-stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a family up to 10 members. The location is great. Oceanami’s pool is beautiful, clean and safe for family with young kids. Highly recommended. Anh Thanh and his housekeeper are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back. Thanks :)

We had an incredible stay at Annam Village, and I can’t recommend it enough! The property is absolutely stunning, with a serene and picturesque setting that made our trip truly memorable. The host was exceptional—proactive, attentive, and quick to ensure every detail was perfect. From seamless communication to thoughtful touches, their hospitality made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a beautiful getaway in Vung Tau with a top-notch host, Annam Village is the place to go!

It is great to stay here for my vacation. I can feel the beach right next to my side when staying in the villa. Why not give it a try to feel it? Recommended

Nice and clean place for relaxing stay. Host Dzuy very nice, and the house maid very helpful too. The house was less expected the luxury way, but over all it was a good time to stay. Recommend place
