The apartment was sensational and as described. Breathtaking views with an amazing host, who was full of lots of local knowledge and advice.

Great location for old town Phuket 👌 close to 7 supermarket and Limelight! Also for Sunday night market. And also there is a shuttle bus to airport every hour just in front of the 7/11 supermarket, it is very convenient to get to airport very cheap! Bus 8411.

Wir hatten einen kurzen aber sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war wie abgebildet und von der Größe einfach perfekt. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft super gelegen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind direkt um die Ecke. Zum Strand sind es auch nur 5-10 Minuten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Extremely happy for the place, location, restaurants, and the host. It is rare for a residence on a beachfront, it is very well located within Laguna area which has all the 5-star hotels around meaning you will never run out of restaurants from breakfast until dinner or if you wanna cook this place equipped with awesome kitchen appliances and ample space. The balcony with see through swimming pool blend in with the ocean is a great relaxing view from the living room. There is cleaner and pool maintenance every the other day which keep the room clean and tidy. Our overall experience has been great from the beginning until end of our trip. We already thinking to come back again already :)

Magnifique logement! Fidèle aux photos. L'espace piscine est incroyable. La plage en dessous n'est pas très propice à la baignade mais elle est très belle. Le logement est très grand et très agréable Très fonctionnel, bien équipé. Nous avons eu un peu de mal à faire fonctionner la climatisation. Mais une fois que cela fonctionnait il faisait très bon dans l'appartement. Nous devons forcément prendre un taxi pour aller sur les belles plages mais les prix sont très raisonnables. Si nous revenons à Phuket c'est sûr nous réserverons de nouveau ce logement. En face il y a un supermarché, et un super salon de massage (bee gold) à petits prix.

Отличная чистая квартира, соответствует описанию. Приятный район. Озера, дорожки для прогулки, по выходным ночной рынок с вкуснейшими морепродуктами. Не далеко супермаркет Tops. Минут 10 пешком до 7/11. До моря тоже идти 10 минут. На крыше комплекса расположены бассейны, беговая дорожка, зона для барбекю. Крыша открыта до 21.00. Нормальный интернет

It took me just one day to feel at home — cozy, clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend it if you're considering Kamala Beach! Alex is incredibly helpful and always ready to assist. If I ever come back to Phuket, I’ll definitely stay in this house again! Beautiful, creative, cozy, simply wonderful!

Our family (2 adults and one 7 year old) stayed at the Lux villa for 9 nights as our Easter holiday and could not have been happier with the space, the pool and the location of this spectacular place. Much better and bigger than the photos made out. The house is a lovely oasis of calm and quiet. It is super convenient to Bang Tao beach with a slightly longer drive to Banana Beach and Nai Yang beach - which are definitely worth spending 20 minutes in the car to get to. We had a great time and will be definitely be back!

This villa was the perfect place for my sisters and I to unwind after spending time in the city. The views were impeccable, especially the elephants from the balcony! Rattiya was soooo sweet and left us some groceries to start us off right and we appreciated it SO much! We would definitely come back and stay here next time we’re in Phuket. Also, the beds were veryyy comfy!!

Great stay, the house is beautiful and perfect for friends and family. The house is located on a hill, so a scooter is your best option. Amazing views , clean and incredibly close to Patong. Felt comfortable and cozy! The housekeeping lady is super sweet and helpful. The host is amazing and is always looking to assist you in any way, thanks for being so flexible and responsive to all our queries! 10/10 recommended.

We were staying for the night and it was a perfect place for us to stay for the time frame we had as the airport is 5 mins away and the beach, shops, markets and massage places are all within a 20 min walking distance. Easy instructions and clean place

Ben was a very great host and his place was amazing his alertness was on point as I text he responded to every need. I recommend the Airbnb under one condition if planning keeping it the way it is prefect 😂 guy it’s really nice there. I recommend Ben as a host overall very friendly guy. We stayed with our two-year old son and everything from the villa itself to the location was perfect. You are close to everything, although we rented a car which we would definitely recommend, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a short drive to the old town. The villa itself is beautiful but retains a homely feeling. The pool is great but small note that it’s about 5ft deep so if you have young children they will need full supervision. We couldn’t recommend the villa or host enough and look forward to hopefully coming back in the future

Alles kwam overeen met de foto’s, wat altijd fijn is. Ik had vooraf geen Google Street View bekeken, dus ik had me de omgeving heel anders voorgesteld, maar dat was eigenlijk helemaal niet erg. Het was alsnog een positieve ervaring met hele vriendelijke buren. De woning was over het algemeen schoon en comfortabel. Een scooter of auto is wel echt aan te raden, want het ligt op ongeveer 30 minuten lopen van Old Town. Als je daar rekening mee houdt, is het een prima plek om te verblijven. Al met al een goede ervaring!

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

Wir sind von Mel absolut begeistert. Sie denkt an alles (inkl. Ersatzbatterien), ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist für vier Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Alle elektrischen Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Wir empfanden die Geräusche der Klimaanlage als nicht störend. Der WLAN-Empfang in der Wohnung war für uns ausreichend. Die Außenanlage ist sauber, die Pools sehr gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Die Geräte im Fitnessraum sind in Ordnung. Die anderen Gäste in der Anlage haben sich ruhig verhalten, so dass alle entspannen konnten. Der Sandstrand und das Meerwasser sind sauber. Es sind keine Bootsanleger vorhanden, von daher ist es am Strand leise. Es waren keine Hunderudel und keine Mücken am Strand. Getränke und Essen an der Strandbar sind gut, schmackhaft und preislich angemessen. Es gibt alle 30 Minuten einen Shuttle-Service zum "Turtle Village", wo sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden. Taxis stehen vor der Anlage oder GRAB bzw. BOLT benutzen. Gerne wieder!

Patong tower is probably best place to stay in patong. It looks like it's the highest building in the area and if you get one of the top floors, the views are unmatched, especially during the sunset. Staff are very friendly, you can get whatever you need by calling or texting the staff. I had a little situation with one of the staffs during a night out but the situation was my fault - essentially, always make sure you have a key so you're not always asking to be let up to your room as the staff are not allowed to. Patong tower is in the heart of everything, lots of nice restaurants closeby and activities to do.

Very much enjoyed Adrian’s place, he is a very responsive host. I was surprised at the local recommendation list he had procured for us. Adrian responds extremely quickly, and will address and concerns you might have. The place itself was great, it was far enough away from the craziness of Bangla but just a 10-15 min walk to that craziness if you wanted to see it. The place was clean, private, modern and very homey. Loved the stay would stay again

Elle nous a aussi laissé repartir bien plus tard. Действительно комфортно, чисто, доступно.. все соответствует описанию. Я очень много работаю онлайн (сижу дома) и мне иногда лень куда-то идти, поэтому радовал тот факт, что поесть или купить что-то необходимое, можно прямо в доме. Радовали непродолжительные прогулки до пляжа. У меня занимало 15 минут пешком. По новой дороге, где практически нет движения транспорта. Но больше всего понравилась отзывчивость хозяина квартиры, супер-оперативно реагировали на все мои просьбы. Благодарю!

Host was very hospitable. Place very beautiful and cozy. Worth to stay. Only one moment to improve - it is not possible completely close door in second room - you always can get in through restroom. But that’s ok
