My stay at Trang’s place was great. It was super spacious, with a full closet, bathroom with laundry, a kitchen space (first time cooking on this trip which was exciting!), and a really comfy bed. The bathroom didn’t have toilet paper, soap, or shampoo when I arrived, but when I asked about laundry detergent, Trang delivered it really quickly which I appreciated. The kitchen was missing a few basic things like plates, but it did have a good variety of pots and pans and unlimited drinking water. In terms of the area, it’s located down a very local alley in a nice part of the city. I liked the neighborhood a lot, but just a heads up, the Airbnb is directly beside a school, so in the mornings it can get loud with the school kids. That said, the evenings were peaceful and quiet, which was more important to me anyway. Lastly, as a remote worker, having solid Wi-Fi and a proper desk setup was key. The desk was great and the Wi-Fi was even better. Overall, I had a great experience!

This was my second time staying here, and just like last year, it was great and easy to get to the airport after our trip. Host was great. No issues at all, highly recommend this place.

This place located in the best location in the city: restaurants, attractions, and quiet street. The facilities are the best. The whirlpool bath tub is just like any top hotels in Saigon.

The apartment building was very good as well as the apartment we stayed in. The location is very central within District 1 with Ben Than Market just minutes away as well as many other tourist spots

I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is in a great location. It was quick and easy to get to the tourist attractions in district 1. Also some great restaurants in the area. Im a bit of a clean freak and the apartment was spotless. I would recommend.

quartier très calme. l'appt est entièrement autonome : cuisine, machine à laver, netflix .... comme dans un apprtement hotel. très propre et soigné. Y a un gardien. garage intégré pour les motobike. le seul côté négatif : il faut 50 mn à pied pour atteindre la cathédrale et poste centrale.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, nail salons, hair wash spots, and massage places all within walking distance. The room itself was great—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The washroom was also in great condition. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, even offering us a discount when we had to extend our booking on the last day. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Great bang for your bucks. Place was close to the airport which made it very convenient for us and our morning flight. Estelle was very responsive and accommodated to our late check in. Recommended.

It’s tucked away in a small street, but that just adds to the charm—there’s so much to do right outside! From cute cafés and relaxing spas to street food stalls and even a Michelin-star restaurant, you’re spoiled for choice. Despite being in such a lively area, the apartment itself was super quiet and comfortable. The host was amazing—super responsive and always happy to help with recommendations or any questions I had. Everything about the space felt thoughtfully put together, from the decor to the little details that made the stay extra special. Whether you're visiting for a short trip or a longer stay, this place has everything you need. Honestly, I’d book it again in a heartbeat :)

Had a super comfy stay! Staff were so kind and welcoming. Room was spacious, clean and cosy, with a great view from level 5. Loved the sunlight ☀️ heaps of hangers, and a washing machine out on the balcony. There’s a kettle and some cutlery provided, plus free basics like shampoo, soap, a toothbrush set, etc. There was a bit of a smell at first, but it faded after the receptionist sprayed some fragrance. The minimart downstairs is well stocked, and there’s even a shared kitchen. Not spotless but totally usable. I was so grateful they let me hang around after checkout, helped me heat up food and the lovely lady even offered to wash the dishes for me after I finished (to which I kindly refused and did it myself). Super kind staff! 🙏🏻💖 AC works great, hot shower was perfect, and Netflix + YouTube on the TV was a lovely bonus. Not soundproof, but noise from other rooms or the neighbourhood didn’t bother me ~ it actually felt warm, vibrant, peaceful and homely 🥹 Would defo come ba

Sarahs place was absolutely fantastic! clean, easy to find, very quiet, close to all shops for everything needed for a lengthy stay. Sarah was great in accomodating any requests we had, which is so important. the rooftop garden was great for work meetings as it was quiet and peaceful to work. would definitely recommend this place to get away from the hustle and bustle of district one, as theres plenty of food and shopping options close by. Thanks to Sarah for being a great host!

Check-in was detailed and host was responsive. Location is pretty close to a lot of restaurants and gyms. Close commute to District 1 and the airport. The alley is big enough for cars to drive in.

Très bien pour la 1e nuit que nous avons passée après notre arrivée ! Proche de l'aéroport, literie confortable, logement propre, procédure d'arrivée très simple (un vrai plus près de longues heures de vol et une arrivée tardive !)

Logement parfait à Ho Chi Minh Ville, la propreté est impeccable, le lit est super confortable et la cuisine est bien équipée. Sarah est proactive et répond rapidement à nos questions. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour à Ho Chi Minh Ville.
