We had a wonderful stay while in town for spring training. The location is great and very easy to get around. So many great restaurants are nearby. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for the stay. Desenia was professional and left us with great instructions. I would highly recommend staying at Desenia’s if you are in the Phoenix area!

Jay is a phenomenal host! Loved our stay at his place and will definitely go back! Apartment was clean and amenities were fantastic!

Dana's place was exactly what we needed for our stay with our baby and pup. As long as you understand that you're on campus and this complex houses university students then Dana's place is excellent. Super friendly and always responsive.

Amazing place to stay in downtown Phoenix. Very walkable and safe location. Super comfy and beautiful apartment, and instructions were all super clear and easy to follow.

My husband & I stayed in Michael's clean home for a week. Instructions were clear, it drove us to gate & walked us straight to the door. Key is funny looking & I thought we couldnt get in until my husband turned it & opened the door. LOL. The property is gated & exactly as pictured/described. We were uneasy about parking but were assured to park in the spaces marked residents only. The elevators are slow. We found the stairs & took them down but it would have been nice to have outside side access to use stairs going up instead of using front door & waiting on the elevators. More towels were need but you can wash. Easy access to downtown Chandler & close to the local attractions/restaurants. The casino is a 10 min drive, downtown Phoenix was 25-30 min drive. It was quiet/peaceful. Michael was on vacation internationally but communicated with us despite the time difference. We would stay again & recommend this property for a comfortable place to stay as our experience was great.

Great location as described. Option of 2 pool areas was very nice. Had all basic needs.

Truly enjoyed the getaway, as it was just close enough to an event nearby, and still an oasis of calm and beautiful clean design, which is what we love. Would stay there again for sure - great hosts!

Lili's condo on the lake was spotless, fully stocked with the necessities, quiet, peaceful, and located close to restaurants and other shopping. Lili was great to work with, friendly, and she quickly responded to my questions and comments. I would definitely rent this place again.

Great location, accessible to and from freeways. Melissa was quick to respond to my emails. Condo was very comfortable and had all amenities listed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Everything on the listing was exactly as expected. It was very clean and always felt safe. Great location with many things in walking distance. The pool area was quiet and relaxing however the rules were pretty strict. We would have enjoyed being able to have a drink next to us while in the pool

I enjoyed my stay; unit is very comfortable. And i was pleasantly surprised that the pool was warm(i assume it is heated). Location is great, can walk to 5th ave and so many shops and restaurants in the area.

Stayed during April 2025: This AirBnB was exactly what I was looking for. The location was perfect, very close to restaurants, bars, and shops that you can walk to. Also plenty of stores nearby to get groceries/necessities. The pool was our favorite; very clean and had sunny areas all day long. And the AirBnB isn’t far from the pool area. The AirBnB was pretty clean and organized, and was stocked with coffee, kitchen necessities, toiletries, and more. The balcony was great as well. I tried using the mobile app to unlock the door but mine wasn’t working, thankfully there is also a code option (but ended up to not matter since the door was actually unlocked on our arrival), but there is a key inside that you can also use during your stay or the lock code the host provides. Overall extremely happy with our stay and will definitely use this same AirBnB when we come back if it’s available!!

We had a wonderful stay at Carla's during spring break. The house was very clean and fully stocked! It was very spacious and we enjoyed hanging out in the backyard/pool. Carla was very responsive, which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. 2 minor things that should have been mentioned in the listing; the house does back up to an elementary school. The noise of the kids during recess didn't bother us, but I would imagine that this is something that should be mentioned for those that would like a quieter stay. The second item that should be mentioned, is that if you want access to the community center, you have to ask for the key fob before your stay. Which we weren't aware of. We did communicate this to Carla and she did schedule someone to stop by to drop it off. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, felt like home and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay in Phoenix. The hosts were very nice and responsive. We had a couple of questions during our stay and they were very quick to respond.

Convenient location! Clean!! We really enjoyed our stay.

Positives: We had a great stay at this house. The pool and covered patio were great for outdoor lounging. The temps in Scottsdale for our trip were in the low 70s, so it was excellent weather for sitting outside. The covered patio was very large, and the poolside had 2 fold up umbrellas, so there was plenty of shade. Check in was easy and the host had great communication. The kitchen/dining area was well stocked with utensils, plates, and cookware. The neighborhood was good and safe and the house was in easy walking distance to a park. The location was great for us as we spent most of our time in Scottsdale and Tempe. The house has quick access to both. Negatives: Could use some touch up paint in all interior rooms. The bed slats were not in place when we arrived, so one corner of the bed was sunken. We were able to fix this. We did opt for the heated pool, but it was still kind of cold.

Wonderful home with an amazing backyard! The location couldn't have been better. Definitely felt right at home the moment we opened the front door. Wished we had more time to enjoy everything! Would absolutely book again. Thank you, Joseph, for such a terrified stay!!

The home was well stocked with amenities that you would have in your own home. It is set up for the kids as well as adults. Spacious and in a great location. Jennifer was ultra responsive.

Gail was great, she answered questions quickly. Gail made it easy to check in, the home was beautiful, clean and felt right at home. I hated to leave I would have spent more time there!! The are was easy to access restaurants, grocery stores, church and anything else you wanted!

Very nice and private home. Community was very quiet and Alain was very nice and responsive.
