Situé au cœur du quercy entre Cahors et Montauban il vous offrira une parenthèse romantique ou un pied à terre pour un séjour touristique. Restauré tout en conservant son âme originelle (ailes en mouvement au gré du vent, pierres et joints à la chaux...) il se compose au rez-de-chaussée d'une petite cuisine aménagée, séjour, au 1er étage salle de bain et WC, et au 2eme étage d'une chambre. Pomarède est situé à 10 min en voiture de Prayssac (et de tous ses commerces de proximité), à 5 min de Frayssinet-le-Gélat (boulangerie, superette, plan d'eau) et à 35 min en voiture de Cahors. De belles balades à pied ou en vélo sont à faire aux alentours. L'été, de part son orientation et sa pierre, la maison vous permettra d' être au frais.
