Just 15mins from the Airport in the heart of the Swan Valley. A short drive or taxi ride to all the Valley has to offer. Margaret River Chocolate Factory, over 40 world class wineries, restaurants, 6 Boutique breweries, cideries and distilleries Local produce and family activities. Tree-top retreat

Entire first floor of the house which has two light and airy bedrooms, and an open plan kitchen/dining/ lounge room. Sorry no children older than 2.5 years and younger than 12 years old. Two verandahs on which to sit and relax looking out amongst the trees, sunrise and sunset, yet so close to regular buses, South Beach and Fremantle. Large area of secure parking for 4WD sized vehicle or small caravan. Also a large grassed road verge for visitor parking and your car parking if you are towing.

If public transport isn't for you, Fremantle is only a short 25 minute drive.
