We have 2 listings at the rear of our cottage(Holly or Willow).Each room has it's own entrance with a double bed & en-suite shower room. There's a Freesat tv,mini fridge,kettle, toaster,crockery & cutlery. We provide coffee, tea, sugar & milk pots. We are walking distance to Tarbet pier,Kirk O The Loch pub,Tarbet hotel, bus stop & train station. I like to give guests privacy & it’s self check in and out. PLEASE NOTE This is a small bedroom & small ensuite with NO cooking facilities or lounge.

The city of Stirling is a short 15 minute drive. After a busy day you can chill out in the private hot tub with breath-taking views of the Ochil Hills.

Ideally situated as a base to explore Perthshire. Quiet village location, yet only 5 miles from City of Perth to the south and the historic town of Dunkeld to the north. An excellent village shop, 2 pubs and a restaurant with deli all within a few minutes walk. There is an abundance of things to do from walking, fishing, cycling to sighseeing (nearby castles include Murthly, Stirling and Menzies) as well as shopping within easy reach in Perth, Dunkeld, and the House of Bruar in Blair Atholl.

The Studio at Broadleaf is a cosy self contained Guest Suite in Longforgan, just outside Dundee. The Studio has a private entrance and parking with entrance hall and stairs up to the suite. The suite itself has a small kitchen, living and dining area with large TV, DVD and Netflix. There is a bathroom with Shower. Longforgan is near Dundee, one of the most up and coming cities in Scotland. We are only 30 minutes from St Andrews, 1 hour from Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands of Scotland.

The Stag's Rest at Drumdewan Farmhouse, Dull.

A peaceful hideaway in Highland Perthshire at Dull; this secluded suite has a private entrance and small garden. A SUPER-KING bed, luxury linens and a cute lounge to relax in after a days exploring. A traditional weavers studio cottage with own entrance. The space has period features, charm and exposed beams along with a log burning stove. The space is laid out as a studio, with kingsize bed, two comfortable leather fireside chairs and log burner. The property also has gas central heating and hot water. Fridge, kettle, toaster and sink within a utility area - no washing machine and limited (hob only) cooking facilities. A small patio area with bistro table looks onto the main garden.

The property is self contained rooms within main house which have a living/kitchen area, a double bedroom with ensuite toilet, sink and electric shower, there are drawer chests and 2 built in wardrobes. The Meadows is centrally located in Stirling, there is a nearby bus stop or private parking if required. The town centre, the bus station, the train station, Stirling University and the Wallace Monument are all within a 20 minute walking distance. The Meadows is a quiet, friendly street.
