Two miles from the village of Kinloch Rannoch at the head of the loch, the Bothy is an ideal base for outdoor adventures, observing wildlife or a relaxing escape from the city.

Each log cabin has its own private hot tub & balcony with barbecue area over looking the hills. Each lodge has 2 bedrooms,shower room & toilet, fully equipped fitted kitchen & lounge,tv,dvd etc. Park up in your private parking space there is plenty room for 2 -3 cars. The Steading forms part of our farm courtyard along with the farmhouse and our other holiday property (The Studio). The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.

'Isla' was built in 2021, the cabin offers a cosy, quirky and luxurious retreat. Sitting within our 14 acre small holding, in a rural setting surrounded by farmland with open views of the Sidlaw Hills. Situated between Monk Myre and Stormont Lochs, home to a variety of birds and wildlife. Generously suited for 2 people, well equipped for one night or one week. Enjoy the view and the sheep whilst taking a dip in the hot tub. Adult Only.

The guest house has a double bed with en suite with a separate living area, with sofa, TV and table for 2. The sofa pulls down to provide a small bed, but we recommend this is for a 1 or 2 small children, or if someone can't sleep/partner snores!
