(900 square feet) It is located in a very safe, family-friendly community in the small Township of Belvidere. If you enjoy the slower paced country life and don't mind a little bit of road traffic occasionally, you will love our place!

The Cotton Patch

A destination where you can unwind amongst multiple structures with great history that were relocated from the "Sandy Point Camp Ground" years back to this quiet 10 acres of open grass pasture. Located conveniently just off Hwy 32 and Hwy 37 near the Albemarle Sound this location is very easy to get to and yet very quiet. Just 6 miles from downtown historic Edenton where you can tour, sip, dine, and shop near the waterfront.
