Perdido Key, Orange Beach: soggiorni in appartamento

This is my second time staying at the Colony Club and both times have been top tier. My family and I were in town for the state track meet and I always look to this location first! It is close to the sportsplex but very quiet and private. Joseph’s place was as described. Very clean and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable! We ate at a local restaurant called Bleu’s Burgers…highly recommend! Food is worth the money and staff is awesome. I would highly recommend this location to family and friends. 10/10!

This is the second time we stayed at Christie’s place. Again, it was phenomenal. We absolutely love the view of the golf, having meals out on the balcony is amazing. It is so easy to walk to the water, like amazingly easy, four minutes at most. The kitchen has every utensil and dish you would need, we cook often here. Getting in and out is great, the indoor heated pool is nice for cooler or windy days. Our kids love this place and we are looking forward to our 3rd stay!

the condo was clean and easy to get in the room, close to everything and the pool was great the beach is beautiful and very close to the room. I would stay there again and the host Cheryl was awesome and responses to emails correctly and fast.

This was by far my favorite Airbnb!!! Pictures don’t do it justice, clean, cozy, directions clear, easy checkin. Views are spectacular from every room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I hope someday I could go back again. Thank you Lia!!

Brittany was very responsive and accommodating. My children and family enjoy their time at the beach. The condo gave us quick and easy access to the gulf, beach, and a few restaurants close by.

We were so pleased with our hostess. Remotes broke and we were running out of tissue paper and it was delivered to us on Easter Sunday by 8 AM. We will be back and I will be telling people about the condo. Beautiful scenery, great food in walking distance and great neighborhood. The condo itself is amazing and feels like home.

it's easy to find a place at the beach that's $500 + per night. Finding a nice location, close to the beach that's quiet, clean and totally laid back for less than 1/3 that is not. Daniels's place was.

Was in great proximity of several things that we wanted to do. Was clean and well equipped with items to make it feel like a home away from home.

Great, cozy condo with a prime location. Easy walk to the beach, nice and peaceful views, and we loved that it was pet friendly. The hosts were attentive and were quick to respond. Perfect spot for our weekend getaway.

Fantastic location with restaurants, bars, beach and near by attractions. The location was easy to take our dogs out, and there was even a dog park a short drive away!

We had a great time, it was the perfect place for our little family get away! The communication was great and they gave us a lot of recommendations for places to visit around the area! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, great location, well worth the money in comparison to nearby options! We had some slight issues with cleanliness, but we were aware it is an older building that has hosted a lot of pets before (we brought two of our own). Plus, other reviews talked about how clean it was, so we think we got an “unlucky” housecleaning, or the last tenants had some crazy shedding on their dogs. Only true complaint was the sheets were coated in dog hair, so we bought and used our own sheets. However, that is an easy fix I’m sure Jennifer will take care of quickly. Great option overall.

Staying here was incredible, and my family and I enjoyed ourselves. We were just minutes away from everything. Perfect location and neighbors are friendly as well. Hanna and her husband are the best hostess ever. Thank you, guys, so much, I will definitely recommend anyone to you. Stay blessed and humble.

We’ve stayed at multiple condos in the Park Ave complex & this one is another wonderful place! The location to the pool was very close & we enjoyed being able to sit outside on the screened porch, which had a wonderful view of the swimming pool. This condo had many extra toys for our little ones to play with & pool floats too. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. There was even a great ice maker as well. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We appreciated the extra box fan & TV’s for each bedroom also. Overall we enjoyed staying in building 300 for our long spring vacation & we definitely recommend other’s to stay in this 3 BR/2 Bath too!

Wonderful host and a clean space . Was very punctual with her responses and very helpful. Just make sure you put your parking pass on full display in your vehicle.

This place was everything I wanted and more. It was very peaceful and it accommodated me and my kids. The beds were very comfortable. The thing I liked the most was sitting on the balcony and listening to the water. Very relaxing and accessible to restaurants.

Great stay! Place was in a good location. Instructions were clear and simple. Nice that there was a bathroom on each bedroom.

Susan’s place was perfect for my family! It’s within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and activities. There is a beach closet stocked full with beach toys, chairs, a wagon and so much more. Note that you have to bring your own paper items (paper towels, toilet paper) and a few essentials dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. We would definitely recommend this place!
