A vintage farm house with parking available for multiple cars, ATV, UTV, snowmobile, or horse trailers. Horse boarding is possible. Please message me. The property is located on an ATV/UTV route & snowmobile trail. 1.5 miles to Mondovi, 3 miles to The Barn at Mirror Lake, & 11 miles to Barn Again Lodge. The area is known for great deer hunting. No hunting on site at this time. Public hunting nearby at BIG SWAMP WILDLIFE AREA. It is a spacious house to stay while visiting the Mondovi area.

The Pepin Marina Retreat: Main Floor Studio Apartment is across from the Pepin Marina in the quaint village of Pepin Wisconsin. The open floor plan layout is the former home to an ice cream shop built in 2010, with a brand new kitchen and island peninsula, with a view to the lake. This loft-style space is perfect for two people (but could accommodate more kids on pull-out couches for up to 5 people to share). This can be rented solo or in combination with the upstairs cottage apartment!

Longview Haven is an authentic log cabin located on 8 acres connected to the Tiffany Wildlife Area. The Tiffany Wildlife Area is public fishing and hunting land located in Buffalo and Pepin counties, with approximately 13,000 acres for public use. The cabin is located a short distance (~0.25 miles) from Dead Lake. The property is located 7 miles from Durand, WI, and 14 miles from Pepin, WI. Durand is based along the Chippewa River and provides all the necessities for your stay.

The house is located a short walk to downtown with shops, restaurants and bars. The house is equipped to accommodate a working space for business travelers. The home is located 2 blocks from the "The Barn at Mirror Lake" wedding venue which can support groups and reunions. It is ideally suited for outdoor ethicists coming to Buffalo County. Please not this is the whole house.
