We enjoyed the hot tub and the view, especially for the sunrises. The decor was amazing and the house had everything we needed!

Chris and Jodi were EXCELLENT hosts. They went out of their way to accommodate us. Their home is private and peaceful and would be great for a big group with two living room spaces. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. House was clean, cozy and exactly as described. Amy and her family were wonderful to communicate with. Went above and beyond to make us feel at home!

We were in town for a few days for some high school baseball games and to visit ISU and Bradley. Even though we were gone most of the day, it was SO nice coming back to Annabelle's in the evenings to unwind and relax. It's a beautiful cottage on the water that was clean, roomy, and full of amenities. Annabelle was friendly and accommodating even though nothing went wrong and everything in the cottage was better than described. The area was quiet and the view was INCREDIBLE. Even saw a bald and golden eagle outside in the early morning hours (and found binoculars too).

Cabin was cozy, quiet and peaceful! Great location for nature, relaxing and out of the city! Had a great time looking at all the various decor places. Easy to find and enjoy all it had to offer. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this Airbnb! The property is located on a beautiful farm with stunning scenery, and it was so relaxing to watch the animals and the cows being moved across the fields. It truly felt like a perfect getaway spot. I traveled with my daughter, who is on life support, and while there were a few steps leading into the house, the host was incredibly responsive and made sure we were able to get her inside without any problems. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a quiet, serene place to relax and recharge. Wow! What a gem. The pictures were accurate but didn’t quite capture the quaintness of this cottage by the lake. Unassuming from the outside with no detail missed on the inside. Impeccable design inside this vacation home that felt like home. Amazing view of the lake. Nice touches in every room that made it feel so welcoming. Clean and everything in working order. Amber was also super responsive. We come often to visit our family and this is our new favorite place to stay.
