Penmarestee Cottage is a beautifully presented annexe situated on the outskirts of the picturesque Cornish harbour town of Falmouth. The accommodation offers an ideal hub from which to explore Falmouth and the surrounding areas, having your car with you would be helpful for your travelling, there is the use of a private driveway, or a bus stop is nearby. If your not driving you would be within 35 minutes easy walk of Falmouth town centre, as well as several local beaches and coastal walks.

This unique cosy cabin is surrounded by the trees with its own entrance and self check-in. It is only a few minutes drive from the sea and the many beautiful beaches of Falmouth. Valley View is a cosy two bedroomed former barn set on a working equestrian livery yard on a family farm and owned by a renowned Cornish artist who works from the studio. Horses graze in the fields and chickens free range in the front paddock. The farm enjoys far reaching views towards Mylor and the Roseland. It is set in a secluded location behind the A39 but within a 10 min walk to Falmouth University where there is a bus service to all the main routes and a 20 minute walk into Penryn.

A stylishly furnished king-sized annex with its own private entrance. The room is at the back of our Victorian townhouse with its own ensuite shower room and private outdoor space. It is located in central Falmouth close to the town centre, beaches, stations and some of the university campus buildings. It is ideal for couples, parents visiting their kids at uni and business travelers. On-street parking is free. Garden sauna available on request Oct-March for £15ph.

TWIN GATES ANNEXE WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE & PARKING

The annexe is a very spacious room and tastefully furnished, which includes a super king size bed, and en- suite shower room.The annexe has its own private courtyard and off the road parking. We are within easy reach for Falmouth’s shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and beaches, which are about 20 minutes walk. The only cooking facilities that we have is a microwave, toaster, small fridge, and tea making facilities.
