Sara was an amazing host. Our entire stay she went above and beyond to welcome us, and assure our stay was pleasant. The barn apartment was beautiful. Extremely clean and very homey. We enjoyed the beautiful country scenery and all the local recommendations from restaurants, shopping, and exploring as well as all the amenities the house had to offer. We can’t wait to stay again!

I had a truly wonderful time here and cannot say enough good things about it. The house is utterly charming and was so cozy, especially on these cold, snowy days. I came home to a warm, home cooked meal every day and they made me feel like a member of the family. They truly made my visit to Port Allegany a special one, and I feel so greatful to meet these wonderful people.

My new husband and I had the opportunity to celebrate our marriage here, and I cannot say enough about it. The atmosphere provided a relaxing stay and beautiful photos to remember. Paula and Duane are wonderful hosts- this home is immaculate and completely furnished for any type of traveler.

Kevin’s place was absolutely perfect! The setting was extremely peaceful and his place was a real gem!! So nicely furnished and the hot tub a bonus. He was very accommodating and communicated very well. This stay was for my wife’s birthday and she absolutely loved it. I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it!!!!

Dennis had a beautiful B&B. The place was really unique, cozy and confortable. This was our first time at a B&B and he set the bar high. The room was great. Bed was the most comfortable bed I’ve had staying anywhere, the patio with chairs was so nice, having a box fan for noise was great! Overall Dennis responded so quick with all my questions and even met an uber driver and brought my stuff inside. Above and beyond service. Plenty of street parking (for free!) and a nice view! Highly recommend!! We will be back

Carlisle House is in a great location to allow you to experience Carlisle. The breakfast each morning was delicious and Kathy and Chloe were delightful. They even accommodated some of our special dietary needs! The room was spacious and clean and comfortable! ‘

Stephani’s 250+ year old farm home was hands-down one of the most memorable and heartwarming Airbnb experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, check-in was a breeze, and check-out might have been the easiest yet. The rooms and bathroom were spotless, the space was full of charm, and everything felt cozy and welcoming. Stephani was an incredible host—kind, engaging, and full of stories. We truly enjoyed trading stories and learning about the history of the farm. My wife and Stephani clicked so well that it felt like she was meeting a future version of herself—wise, fun, and full of warmth. Our daughters were absolutely smitten with the cats and have officially declared this their favorite Airbnb yet. Between the peaceful setting, the connection with the host, and the comfort of the home, this stay was special in every way. We’d happily stay here again and can’t recommend it enough. This was a perfect stay for us! Keith was a generous and responsive host who immediately made us feel right at home. The space was super clean and location convenient for our evening event. Keith greeted us in person and we especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and friendly conversation in the morning. Easy parking, clear and detailed messages, and the kindness of Keith contributed to a wonderful memory. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The two rooms were perfect for my two teenagers and me. They loved the bunk beds and I loved the exquisitely carved headboard in my room. Their deck was a glorious outdoor living space, the house was very clean and decor was really pretty and international. We enjoyed meeting Andy and Sherry and look forward to another visit in the fall hopefully. They were so kind and we loved their home and peaceful back yard!

Great place. Very clean and comfortable, and amazing breakfast. Dry, secure place for our bikes. Great start to our GAP trail adventure.

I stayed for a week at Flint Hill Farm and enjoyed every bit of my visit. Kathy was so warm and welcoming. My room was cozy, the kitchen was accommodating, homemade breads, yoghurt, cheese and coffee. The animals were beautiful, all the farm staff were friendly and nice. We were a larger group and stayed at this lovely place. Place has character and made us feel special. Hosts were fabulous and anticipated anything we may need.

Allegheny Street BnB was the perfect selection for our introduction to the Altoona/Hollidaysburg area. Our stay there epitomizes the reasons we prefer bnb experiences when traveling. We especially appreciate opportunities to interact with the hosts and other guests. The hospitality here is genuine and unparalleled. One highlight was an unexpected invitation to a family celebration. Even the free transportation to and from the Amtrak station, provided by Richard, afforded opportunities for enlightening conversation. Jyoti's ability to multi-task while remaining ever gracious and personable is rare. Together, they make a team other hosts could emulate.

A nice B&B that worked for the Penn State game. The hosts are very communicative from booking through end of the stay and want to ensure a pleasant stay at this unique Victorian home. Year round Halloween and Christmas decorations in dedicated rooms with the black cat to match. Breakfast served when we asked. Thanks!

Sarah and Neil were wonderful hosts! They were very accommodating in terms of check in and were friendly people to chat with. The room that I stayed was gorgeous and all the immediate amenities that I needed (mini fridge and bathroom) were all in that same room. I highly recommend a stay at their home for a quick weekend get away if you are passing by the area!

My stay was brief but very enjoyable. This was a getaway just for me. Dylan was very helpful and proactive with communication and made sure I knew where everything was and how to get in and out on my own. My room was perfect. Beautifully decorated, a TV and fridge were handy in the room. Very nice place and would definitely stay again.

Alison’s home is beautiful. Spent two nights with the intention of spending a majority of our time relaxing in the space. The views from the loft bedroom are incredible (and appreciate that there’s so much room to walk around up there despite the pitch of the roof!). The hot tub was cozier than anticipated but absolutely lovely. A perfect spot to spend quality time with people you love or reading a good book! Will be back (if we can find available dates—it’s no wonder this place books up!!). Thank you!

The Inn rooms are clean and spacious with well-appointed bathrooms. The grounds are pretty and relaxing, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. A great place to stay for Bethel Woods concerts, as it's roughly 20 minutes away. We missed the fire pit because we were at a concert but would love to join next time. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We give this 5 stars across the board!

I was a late check in, so I didn’t get to see the entirety of the residence. It was a quick spot to lay my head down, and get right back in the road early the next morning. The place was decorated well. Extremely clean throughout! The room was as described with a super comfortable bed! Brad was welcoming and friendly the next morning when I had the opportunity to meet him. Will definitely use again in the future if need be!

Trinity was very kind and welcoming, even though I flew in at a late time. The place is beautiful and I love the decor. I highly recommend it.
