Our place is perfect for couples, familes or small group of friends, dogs are also welcome. Place is located 2 minutes from beautiful Crystal Palace park. There are 3 train stations, 10 minutes walk which take you in 30 minutes to central London. There is a large bedroom, sofa bed in other room and on request we can add single bed in the bedroom.Place is spacious, peaceful and full of character. Bathroom has shower and a bath. We have small gym in the bedroom with weights and a bar.

There are several stations (overground, train, bus, tram)within 10-15 min reach. Free car parking on the road. Well equipped kitchen, main bedroom with king size bed, single bedroom with work area. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking. We do not allow parties, loud noises, outside guests.
