The main house was once a log cabin. Over the years it has been updated. We bought this property almost 30 years and it has been a work in progress ever since. There is at least 2 acres of lawn between the house and beach.There is another small cabin on the property that we rent. There are also 4 more cabins that are used by family. This property was once a resort and summer days were filled with many people enjoying the property.e small town of Newport is about 20 minutes away.

Legacy House

The Legacy House is split into two levels. You would rent the second level that boasts 10 foot ceilings and wall to wall windows to the breath taking view of Deer Lake. As you can see the second level opens right out onto the patio and a few steps to your own private beach. There is another 300 square feet of decking and a dock on the water for you added pleasure. Bring your loved ones, your , favorite book, and plenty of food to to fully enjoy this wonderful location.
