Barn Cottage

Charming ancient stone cottage with pretty interior and masses of character. Stylish bedroom, and modern bathroom downstairs. Open plan living area with comfy sofas, wood burning stove and views out to the gardens and rolling hills beyond. Private parking space at the front of the cottage and beyond are large gardens and pond shared by the three cottages on the farm. Excellent pub and village shop within walking distance. Walks to Talland Bay, Polperro and Looe and also a good bus service.

We have one double bedroom with stylish interior, a lovely shower room with blue tooth mirror cabinet and all you will need in the Kitchen. We have a lovely cosy lounge with strong BT WI-FI and TV.

Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. The Old National School is a Grade II listed house, nestled in the beautiful hamlet of Sampford Spiney, located within Dartmoor National Park. Dating from 1585, the house sits in an idyllic spot between the Church and picturesque Sampford Manor. Originally the Church hall, it became the parish school in 1887 until 1923. It was only in the 1960’s that it became a residential dwelling. With its varied history, the house is quirky, with its lovely spacious rooms hinting at its eclectic history.

The Old Rectory is well placed to explore Cornwall; 6 miles from Looe and Polperro in a peaceful pretty village with a shop, bar and pub The gardens are perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach, walking the coast path or exploring the moors, castles or Cornish gardens. Our heated pool is popular in summer. Gorran has a king sized bed and plenty of room for relaxing in the lounge area. We welcome couples and dogs. If you are part of a larger group we have other apartments available.

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.
