'Wild Pistachio' the garden house in NATURE!with PRIVACY! 'Wild Pistachio'is located in a huge,beautiful garden with wild pistachio trees, pines, lemon trees, lavender, geraniums and many other plants that characterize the vegetation of Aegina. 'Wild Pistachio' is a one room house with 2 beds, kitchen facilities for preparing simple food,a bathroom located outside from the main building and a huge garden surrounded by a high stone wall. 2'walk to the sea, 17' walk to town, 25' walk to the port!!

It is completly renovated (restored with biggest size) at Jenuary of 2023 (so check the new reviews). The beach is famous for the beauty and the cleanest sea waters of Attica,it's under the house. There are the services of Hotel Cokkinis (restaurant, cafe, bar) in the garden. The place is perfect for people that looking for the beauty of the greek nature and relaxation!

Wellanidia Cottage Mani

Wellanidia Cottage ist ein kleines Steinhaus (ca.35qm) was beinahe vollständig von einer uralten Eiche überkrönt ist. Das Gästehaus befindet sich auf einem 1600qm großen Grundstück, das gegenüber vom Dorf Skoutari liegt. In unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft befindet sich mein Turmhaus und weiter unten auf dem Grundstück eine Töpferwerkstatt. Man ist hier total für sich und weder vom Ort noch vom umlaufenden Weg kann man den Terrassenbereich einsehen. Der Blick auf das ägaeische Meer ist unverstellt

Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Kourkoula House

Welcome to Kourkoula House, a little piece of heaven in Monemvasia, Greece. The traditional house is one of the oldest buldings of the greater area of the Castle of Monemvasia. Nestled in a serene, luscious garden, the Residence of renowned painter Nikos Nikolaou has been transformed into an oasis, with six independent studios, decorated with works of the painter. It is ideal for couples, families or larger groups that can stay in multiple studios. Studio Fistiki on the upper level, with a queen-size bed, can accommodate 2 people for a romantic getaway. Its large private terrace overlooks the pistachio trees and the sea, offering magnificent views.

Almi Guesthouse: a tiny gem, literally on the sea

Welcome to Almi Guesthouse, a tiny jem, literally on the sea. The guesthouse consists of a single open space with a traditional dome ceiling and a bathroom, a total of 18sqm. Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.

Τhis house is an independent part of a biggest house and it is situated on an enclosed plot of 16.000 m2.

Our small house is 40 sq. metres, is close to the beach (5 minutes walk), close to restaurants and dining, shops & cafes. Ideal for 1 - 5 persons. Fully fitted kitchen, bunk beds for the kids and a separate bedroom with double bed. A fifth person on an extra bed.
