Tunnelmallinen studio-lomamaja puiden keskellä kauniin järven äärellä. Mökissä tupa (25m2), sauna ja kylpyhuone. Tuvassa keittiönurkkaus, takka, TV, ruokapöytä, kaksi sänkyä, pieni sohva ja nojatuoli. Ulkoverannalla pöytä ja tuolit. Alueella voi uida, kalastaa, marjastaa, metsästää, patikoida, hiihtää, lumikenkäillä ja moottorikelkkailla. Lisää liikuntapaikkoja ja muita käyntikohteita 15-30 minuutin ajomatkan päässä. Joustan mielelläni sisään- ja uloskirjoittautumisessa aina, kun mahdollista.

Location next to village road doesn't bother those coming from cities and in return, you have a lake view and a natural sandy beach, where to follow northern day and year go by. After an active day, relax in the warmth of fireplace, sauna or hot pool. Or on the beach, around the campfire, where you can whisper your thoughts into the dark star studded night, when everything around you is still.

Maison en bois avec sauna et Spa Nordique en Laponie, 7 minutes de la station de skis de Ritavalkea, ski alpin et ski de fond à partir de décembre jusqu'en Mai. Activités de motoneige et chiens de traîneau disponibles sur le lac juste à côté. Magique pour les aurores boréales. Raquettes de neige offertes dans la maison, jeux pour enfants et adultes. Coin unique pour pêche et canoë, randonnées. A 1h seulement de l'aéroport et du Père Noël.

Päärakennuksessa keittiö, ruokailutila ja olohuone. Erillinen wc, jossa varusteluna pyykkikone ja kuivuri sekä sähkösauna ja suihkutila, jossa myös wc-istuin. Kaksi makuuhuonetta (molemmissa parivuode), parvi, jossa vuodesohva (120x200) sekä tarvittaessa 2 lisävuodetta. Lisäksi päärakennuksessa ulkokautta oleva käynti yläkerrassa olevaan lisä huoneeseen, jossa kaksi vuodetta sekä nojatuolit ja pieni jääkaappi 2 kahdelle. Pihassa myös ulkosauna ja lasitettu grillikota. Laituri rannassa.

Kotimme on uusi omakotitalo Kemijoen rannalla, 12 km Rovaniemeltä Kemin suuntaan. Talo on luonnonkauniilla, rauhallisella alueella. Kodissamme on kaikki nykyaikaiset tilat ja laitteet, automaattinen lämmitys ja ilmastointi. Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Tilava ja rauhallinen piha antaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ulkoiluun.

Lapland cabin by a lake

This small, traditional, Lappish, log cabin is located at lake Norvajärvi with direct access to lake in both winter and summer time. Enjoy the lake view and forest around you, immerse to the nature and its sounds and smells and marvel the northern lights or cosy up by the open fire in winter. We are 20km out from Rovaniemi city and driving time is apprx 30min. Cabin has electricity but no running water. We bring you drinking water and water for washing in sauna is taken from the lake.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Viehättävä hirsimökki Kemijoen rannalla

Rentoudu kauniin Kemijoen varrella sympaattisessa vuodelta 1811 hirsimökissä. Remontoitu nykyaikaisin mukavuuksin v.2021. Pihanavetassa uusi sauna/wc ja grillitupa sekä saunaterassi . Saunan jälkeen pulahda hiekkarannalta Kemijoen raikkaaseen veteen. Rannalla toinen sauna sekä palju, vuokrattavissa erikseen kesäaikaan, sekä huvimaja grillauspaikka ja soutuvene. Liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet kuuluvat hintaan Maaseudun hiljaisuudessa sielu lepää!

Grazioso cottage con tutti i comfort su un ampio terreno. Il centro di Rovaniemi dista solo circa 25 km. Anche il Villaggio di Babbo Natale e l'aeroporto distano circa 25 km. Non ci sono mezzi pubblici. Le strade sono ben tenute anche in inverno. Il cottage è facile da raggiungere. Se lo desiderate, è possibile organizzare il trasporto con un'auto Mercedes Benz Vito a un costo aggiuntivo. L'auto non è disponibile per il noleggio separato.
