Absolutely beautiful stay! The apartment had stunning views, and everything was just as pictured. We did run into a small issue with the drain, but as soon as we informed the host, they were quick to respond and resolve it, which we really appreciated. Other than that, everything was perfect. The location is fantastic—close to great places, super convenient if you want to stay on the Dutch side, and not too far from the French side either. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!

I really enjoyed my two week vacation in this great apartment! It is very spacious. Another couple stayed with me for a few days, and we were all very comfortable. Wonderful restaurants are right nearby, and the ocean is a very short walk away (you can see it from the balcony). Manuela is a delightful person and very helpful. I look greatly forward to returning soon and staying again in this perfect spot!

My husband,son and I loved our stay. The location was fantastic right on the water with beautiful crystal clear waters. The apartment is even better in person than in the photos. It’s very spacious, luxurious and clean. The location is awesome you are right on the boardwalk with many shops and restaurants around. It’s right next to the marina so a great location to do a boat ride at the neighbouring islands. Jolanda our host was fantastic with outstanding customer service and very flexible and accommodating with the goal for my family to enjoy our vacation. I would without a doubt stay here again. We loved the nights with breezes though the balconies listening to the waves ease us to sleep.

Great, private location with beautiful views while still being walking distance (20ish min) from the main strip. The walk to the strip is through some run down areas but felt safe and walked to and from every night with no concern. Beach access & beach chairs easily accessible and found everything we needed for an easy stay. I would recommend a rental car to visit other parts of the island. Airplane noise was no issue as it’s only prevalent during daytime hours. Would stay again.

We had a great time staying at her place at the Sapphire. The people that work there are very friendly people and the people that stay at this resort very friendly. Most of them come back every year. The restaurant and pool bar were great !! There were a lot of activities every day made a few friends which made it fun and the pool is very peaceful, beautiful location and walking distance to everything. We did have a car so we did travel around the island. We’ve been going there for 34 years and love it. We definitely will stay there again. Her place is very clean and well kept. The staff was great ,can’t wait to go back . This island is our second home. Thank you.

Absolutely stunning views of Grand Case right from your balcony. You cannot beat the location. A very short walk to amazing restaurants but the beach outside your door is very private and quiet. Best of both worlds. My husband and I had an amazing time. We had family staying in two other units and they loved the location and building as well. We never had to reach out with a question or problem because the instructions were very clear and outlined ahead of time. Whenever a message was sent, the response was always very quick.

Alex’s place was the perfect place to stay for our trip. It was roomy, comfortable and the washer and dryer was a huge help! It is walkable to so many great restaurants. We went to The Palms multiple times. Greg, the chef and owner, was fantastic! The beach was practically ours. There was maybe 1 or 2 other groups there whenever we went. The view from the patio was unbeatable! We spent so many of our breakfasts and lunches out there enjoying it! Alex was a great host and checked in every few days to see if we needed anything. We’ve never had such an attentive host before and it was nice to know he cared so much about our experience at his place and on the island.

Notre séjour chez Isabelle était parfait! Le logement est magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle! La résidence est un bijou qui propose des services à la hauteur d'un hôtel de luxe! Isabelle a été une hôte parfaite! très sympathique, réactive et avec de bons conseils. Je recommande à 1000% ce logement!

It was lovely to watch the waves and listen to the ocean everyday from our patio. Laure was so welcoming and offered ideas for places to go during our 6 week stay. She was very responsive to messages from us and genuinely want to make sure we had a wonderful visit. We were close to a variety of cafes and restaurants. The French bakery was a wonderful morning walk and Boat On Yacht Club a charming afternoon excursion. It took us a short time to get used to the to driving in Marigot but by the second week, we were comfortable with our route. I recommend getting out and about throughout the island. There is plenty to explore! Laure is a gem! We would stay here again.

Le logement a répondu à nos attentes pour un séjour à 3 personnes pour 3 nuits. La vue est magnifique (Par chance, nous avons pu voir une baleine au loin, remonter vers la gauche entre St Barth et St Martin !). Le logement est grand, propre et la douche très agréable. La literie était bonne et le linge de toilette très bien (serviettes de bain + serviettes de plages). La cuisine pourrait être un peu plus fournie. L'accès est oppressant (très raide et non bétonné par endroits) , comme décrit dans l'annonce, mais la voiture passe malgré tout. Nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que prévu, sans avoir pu prévenir Mélissa (absence de réseau mobile ni de GPS). Heureusement Mélissa avait envoyé les directives d'accès par anticipation ce qui fut très utile. N'ayant pas pu être prévenue de notre arrivée, Mélissa n'avait pas écarté les gros chiens impressionnants mais inoffensifs. Nous ne les avons plus revus tout au long de notre séjour. Melissa /Travis sont réactifs, serviables et accueillants.

La villa Almond Blue bénéficie d’une vue extraordinaire, sublime face à la baie. Vous apercevez Pinel et Saint Barth depuis la terrasse, installés dans un agréable salon extérieur couvert La maison, très agréable et simple à vivre, offre tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables moments de détentes.

My best friend and I enjoyed the house. It was the perfect home base for our island adventures peaceful, private, and just as described. The views were beautiful, and we loved having our morning coffee outside while listening to the water. The location made it easy to get around the island, and everything felt safe and convenient. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed before and during our stay. We had such a great time and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit St. Maarten. Can’t wait to return!

This place is extraordinary. It’s even better when you see it in person. He has everything that you need as far an equipment for the kitchen. Very nice place would stay there again. The pool is really nice, just hard to enjoy if someone who is 5’2. Great for tall people tho.

Our stay at this Airbnb in St. Martin was incredible! The place was exactly as described and looked just like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were fantastic—super responsive and even helped us coordinate in-house massages, which was such a treat. One of the highlights was the kayaks, which we highly recommend using to visit Pinel Island—an unforgettable experience! This rental truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to the island. Highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed 10 days at this spacious beachfront townhouse. Olivier and Celine made the check-in process easy and perfect, and they were immediately available whenever we had a question. We truly enjoyed being so close to the beach and to all the wonderful restaurants in the village. It was a wonderful stay, and we are looking forward to returning!

This place was amazing but it was a bit off the beaten track. Luckily we found a great driver who found the place before picking us up at the airport. The villa is as advertised and Vanetta the house manager was also great.

Mostly a repeat of all the other reviews. The place was fantastic: clean, comfortable, peaceful, private, and exactly what we were looking for. The water is ~15 feet from the patio wall. The concierge was very responsive We rented a car but only used it to explore the island. If you're not looking to explore the island, you don't need a car as groceries, beach bars, water rental equipment (kayaks, jet skis, paddleboats, etc...) and tons restaurants on and off the water are all within walking distance. Highly recommend taking advantage of the grocery delivery service. It was so nice walking into an already stocked condo. We had so many great experiences that its hard to pick a favorite but the Sunset Bar and Grill watching the planes land/take off was worth it - ask for Gina. When we go back we will absolutely look to stay here again. Book this place, you won't regret it.

Rainbow beach club is a hidden gem. We rented a car while on the island and drove all over sightseeing and checking out other locations and I have to say this is definitely one of the best locations on the island. Some of the other locations are right on the cliff to the beautiful blue water, but they do not have their own private beach, this place also has three pools that were never crowded. It is walking distance to fabulous restaurants in Jordan Village as well as Maho beach. And a 20 minute drive to many other fun activities on the island. Konstantyne was incredibly responsive and gave us a great list of local places to check out all of which were amazing. I cannot wait to come back and share this place with some of our friends. I was so sad to leave. The complex is clean. People were continuously taking care of the vegetation and the pools. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and I can’t say enough about the caliber of the food on the island. The place is very safe!

We had a fantastic stay The place was beautiful. As described. Sunsets were amazing as was the view. We rented a car and went to a different beach each day. Rakhi was very helpful in recommending fantastic restaurants. We will definitely be back again. It was one of our all time fav holidays. Would highly recommend

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

Would highly recommend staying in the suite. We were super impressed by how clean the unit was. You’re a balcony faces mullet Beach and it was a delight to wake up to that view every day. You’re three minute drive from Maho strip. And the host was super welcoming and so responsive. we will definitely be back. 5 stars

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.

We had a great stay! It was a fun location- felt safe, walkable to a lot of good restaurants, across the street from the beach, could watch the planes landing and right next to the famous Maho Beach. Also walkable to beautiful Mullet Bay beach. Our host was very responsive and helpful and even dropped off some French pastries our last night. I would definitely recommend this place.
