Absolutely loved our stay, it was a great little hideout, close to the beach, and freo but more importantly to where we needed to be for work. You could feel the love as you walked in and self contained and private so didn’t feel the need to go out if we didn’t need to, especially with a 3 month old we all felt relaxed and extra comfortable. Would definitely stay again, and longer next time to see the beaches and take in the beautiful surroundings.

I spent the last three nights of my stay in Southwest Australia at Magnus and Aurelia's apartment. The apartment is in a prime location yet quiet, very clean, and generously furnished. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee on the veranda and making plans for the day. The apartment includes free parking. Within walking distance, you'll find a fantastic selection of restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. A large supermarket is also within walking distance. The bus station on Shepperton Road is a five-minute walk away, and the bus takes you directly to the center of Perth. Communication was easy, and Magnus gave me useful tips on what to see. I would stay there again anytime.

We had a fantastic, relaxing girls weekend at this amazing house. Was able to walk everywhere. Parking was easy. Host was very polite and welcoming.

This apartment has all you need for both long and short term stays. It is very central to many different shops, restaurants/cafes, parks etc. The host is lovely and very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our long term stay and will definitely book again when we return to the Perth region.

Amazing amazing location. Perfect for our family. Having a pool was handy but hard to go past the beach across the road. Super easy check-in and helpful host. Did I mention the amazing location?

We had an amazing stay at Fleur's place. The house and all the amenities are fantastic - beautifully presented and with great attention given to design and comfort. We travelled with another family and our kids had a great time riding their scooters up and down the drive way. Parking in the garage was a great help for extra space with kids! Heaps of games and the beach access just across the road made it a great start. The sunsets were amazing and each afternoon we enjoyed sitting and watching it from the beautiful outdoor space. Thanks for having us!

Preston Beach is a lovely spot, home was clean and comfortable, and a perfect spot for our family to relax. Easy communication from host.

The house was really beautiful and very spacious. Very impressed from the moment we walked in. We enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and crabbing. The host offered us complimentary early check in and late check out which was really lovely. The place is also in a great location.

Nathan ist ein absolut cooler und entspannter Eigentümer,er wird dir nicht nur über die Unterkunft erzählen ,sondern auch wie man am besten in Perth herumkommt etc . außerdem hat er eine echt nette Unterkunft für einen unschlagbaren preis. Wer ein Auto oder Moped hat ist auch mit der Lage absolut bedient nur als Gäste zu Fuß kann es manchmal anstrengend sein etwas zu unternehmen ,jedoch sagt dies nichts über Nathan und seine Angebote aus . weiterführend gab es Verständnis für eigene Makel und es wurde immer höflich wenn nötig appelliert an bestimmte Sachen die verbessert werden sollten. Als letztes will ich noch sagen dass ich jedem diese Unterkunft empfehlen kann wenn man denn auch die Betten füllen kann, man kommt absolut auf seine Kosten und manchmal wird man sogar mal mit einem netten kalten Getränk von Nathan belohnt . Würde wieder dahin gehen wenn ich erneut nach Perth fahren würde. Danke nathan !

Our family of eight, including our elderly parents had a perfect stay in your place, we want to thank you for all the love, care, and hospitality we received from the hosts that went beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how thoughtfully the home was prepared for us. The fridge & pantry were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and there were more than enough necessities to keep us comfortable throughout our entire stay. It was clear that the owners had taken extra care to anticipate our needs, and we felt incredibly well taken care of. What a great stay we had. The 2 houses suited our needs very well.But you could easily stay in either if that suited too. A beautiful location and easy drive to shops. Keep an eye out for the many kangaroos in paddocks! We loved it and would recommend to all. Thanks
