Each house is ~650 sq. ft., with king bed , modern bathroom, a living room/fully equipped kitchen, and an outdoor patio. Airbeds can be provided to sleep up to two more, or two couples could rent both houses. Stairs take you down to the river. No pets. Free Level 2 EV charger (Tesla and J1772). No cleaning fee.

We have a wide covered front porch with a wonderful Hot tub and a back deck with a table and chairs and bbq grill. Plenty of parking. Close to Hamilton Pool, Pedernales Falls, Reimer Ranch, wineries, breweries and restaurants Thirty minutes to downtown Austin.
