BED & BATH Located on the ground floor, this single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between a bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a plush king bed and a 42” smart TV with Roku. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, local TV channels through satellite, Roku streaming, firewood, coffee, and a shared on-site laundry facility with an ice maker (free of charge) are provided. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the on-site parking area (which also includes an accessible parking spot). There are two charging stations for electric vehicles (one universal station and one Tesla station) in the parking area. LOCATION Tucked away in exciting downtown Santa Fe, Zona Rosa is just 2 blocks from the historic Plaza and a 10-minute walk from the trendy Railyard District. Resting in the foothills of the coveted gated community of Bishop's Lodge Villas, at the end of a private cul-de-sac, this property is only minutes from the Plaza yet offers secluded outdoor space with forever views to the northwest. PLEASE NOTE: The pools are open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day weekend annually and is not heated. Guests must sign pool waiver before access.
