Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

We are retiring! Thank you to our hundreds of guests over the last 7 years while we hosted on Airbnb. This summer will be our last before we hang the apron and do more of our own traveling :) It was a pleasure to share our beautiful home! We only have a few nights left!! This quiet but spacious loft is on the 3rd floor of our home. 2 mile's from downtown and the beach. It is serene and quaint with a new queen size bed, a love seat couch, small kitchen table, good size bathroom. It's perfect for a couple or two friends who are willing to share a bed who want to enjoy our fun town but prefer a good night sleep in peace. Off street parking available for one car. Your loft has a locked door that you enter a key code (given day before).
