Classic and sweet Santa Cruz cottage. This is literally our Grandma's beach house. 3 bedroom home that is 2 doors away from one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz. 2 queen bedrooms upstairs and 1 full downstairs. Could be described as "shabby chic" but we see it as the adorable original rustic vacation house it was built as and has been its whole 130 years. The kitchen is updated but maintains it's old charm. The rest (aside from the addition of indoor plumbing) is still pretty much the same.

Conveniently located close to coffee, restaurants, grocery, the beach and more. Remote work here. Healing, tranquil & relaxing. The PRIVATE hot tub just completes that experience. :-) Upon approval we can accept 1 small/medium size dog, just please no cats. $100 additional pet cleaning fee

You can sit and enjoy the sound of the waves while relaxing. It is a 1 minute walk to Carmel River Beach and just a mile to downtown Carmel, Ocean Avenue, with its unique shops and galleries.

Lovely 1000 Sq. ft. Cottage in the heart of wine country. A 400 sq. ft. delightful back patio with fire pit, full kitchen and bathroom makes this the perfect home away from home. Amenities include queen bed, wifi, TV's, fire place, & parking. We are a live winery and have wine tasting the first & 3rd Weekend of every month from 12-4:30. We usually have live music, wine tasting is in the same vicinity as the Cottage.
