Our mid century trailer was purchased new in ‘57 by Dawn’s grandparents. This retro 50’s RV has original pink appliances w/bed, bath, kitchen, living room in one! Along w/covered porch & ceiling fan. On 50 acres in foothills of the Ouachita National Forest, 18 miles to Hot Springs National Park, AR & 8 miles to DeGray Lake State Park. Even though we have the necessary WiFi we still invite you to unplug from technology, reconnect w/nature & your loved one. We’re a perfect escape to a simpler time

Unit 10 is a beautifully decorated condo on Lake Hamilton's lake front. Parking level condo, just steps to lakeside. BOAT SLIP AVALIABLE. Great view, lovely cove for swimming and fishing. King size bed in bedroom and two comfy twin air beds, great for children. Two full baths allow this condo to sleep 2 couples very comfortably. High Speed Internet and Smart TV in living room and bedroom for all your streaming needs. Bubba's Brew within walking distance for great sandwiches and entertainment.

We have everything you need all at a great rate. Room comes with a fully equipped kitchen-refrigerator, stove, microwave and toaster. Large smart TV and Wi-Fi access. Disney + (with Hulu in the app), Fandango, Paramount+, HBO, Peacock, ESPN and Vudu accounts set up on tv. Comfort is key with super soft king sized pillow top bed and highest quality sheets & duvet. Queen size bed and wardrobe. Kitchenette with sink, fridge microwave & toaster oven. Full bathroom. WiFi and 23" TV screen for streaming. Off-street parking.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

This 1,000 sq ft 2BR/1BA guest suite offers complete privacy from the adjoining property. Located just off of Hwy 70 (Airport Rd), it's just minutes from Lake Hamilton and only about 5 miles from Oaklawn Casino and Historic Downtown Hot Springs! Contact the host before booking if bringing a pet. Only one small pet (15lbs or less) allowed. There is a $20 pet fee (no exceptions). There absolutely NO smoking allowed in the guest suite. ($200 fine for smoking in guest suite)
