The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

The Shippen

Situated conveniently alongside some of the delightful places that the Peak District has to offer. What used to be an old working farm has now been turned into its own little holiday village. Guests will enjoy the home comforts of an open plan downstairs, which consists of a kitchen, dining and living area, whilst upstairs, has two bedrooms (both can be made up as king or twin rooms) plus a separate family bathroom. Within 10 minutes walking distance of the popular Carsington Water Reservoir.

Set in the Heart of The Peak District, we have placed our beautiful fully equipped Shepherd's Hut in a spectacular setting with views right across the Hope Valley and Castleton. Our hut is designed to the highest of standard, with everything from under floor heating to wireless charging points. From the moment you approach our Shepherds Hut you are greeted with motion sensor exterior lights, open the doors kick off your shoes and feel right at home with warmth from the under floor heating.
