Constituée d'un appartement au 1er étage et de 3 chambres individuelles au rez-de-chaussée, elle permet aux occupants d'être indépendants les uns des autres. Το σπίτι αποτελείται απο έναν ενιαίο χώρο με κουζινα , καθιστικό με καναπε-κρεβατι και μπανιο. Στον όροφο υπάρχει κρεβατοκάμαρα με διπλό κρεβάτι και μπάνιο.

Lo studio si trova nel villaggio di Lakka nella parte settentrionale dell'isola di Paxos. Da l'appartamento in 2 minuti a piedi si raggiunge il pittoresco porticciolo di Lakka. Ci sono anche due meravigliose spiagge a circa 5 minuti a piedi. In 2-3 minuti puoi trovare taverne, caffè, negozi turistici, super / mini market, bancomat ecc. Gli ospiti dovranno salire circa 25 gradini per raggiungere l'appartamento. Per questo motivo è sconsigliato a persone con problemi di mobilità.
