Featured on HGTV's "Beach Front Bargain Hunt". The balcony, living room and Master bedroom all have spectacular oceanfront views and Grand Strand. The beach is steps away through our exclusive access. The whole building is only 6 units- very peaceful, not like the hub-bub of Myrtle Beach. Second floor, no elevator...Restaurants, bars, golf, fishing, sightseeing, shopping, are all close by. We have added a ring door camera outside unit. Bed linens and towels are provided and included in price.

Main pool, hot tub and 2 tennis/pickleball courts are open year round. Satellite pools are seasonal. Beach chairs and cooler are provided, along with a season pass to Huntington Beach State Park. 1/2hr from Myrtle Beach, 10 minutes from historic Georgetown, and 90 minutes from Charlestown. Come and enjoy.

An Adorable Oceanfront Getaway

Beautiful newly renovated modern space right on the beach. Gorgeous ocean views from the living room and master bedroom. 1/4 mile from Garden City Pier, walking distance to bars, restaurants, fishing, surfing, arcade. No need for shoes! Walk right on to the beach! Mature, respectful guests welcome to enjoy our space. Absolutely no pets allowed or parties as there are many Seniors in the building and guest pets are not permitted under the HOA.

My condo is on the top floor which gives you a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom and living room with cathedral ceilings have a wall of glass giving you a spectacular view of the sunrise over the ocean. The living area has sliding doors to the balcony overlooking the ocean. The master bedroom has a tempurpedic queen bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a bunkbed for children. The kitchen is well supplied.

The beach is unspoiled and un-commercialized, while the area is full of unique boutiques and restaurants. Come enjoy the newly renovated golf course! This second floor condo provides a laid back atmosphere that is within walking distance to golf, pub, pool ,and a short drive to the beach. The condo sleeps 6 (1 King, 2 full, and a queen pull out couch). Relax on the front porch in one of the rockers, or enjoy listening to the rain on the screened-in back porch. *Motorcycles are not allowed on property.
