Colleen was on-point, friendly, and communicated every detail we needed to check in and when we checked out. The place was beautiful, modern appliances, clean, TV's everywhere, three bedrooms, and very firm mattresses, which suited me perfectly. Place was immaculate. Though located near the river in a somewhat industrial area, it's a nice 15 minute walk to the lake, and less to the restaurants and stores. Will come back!

Three of us visiting family. Tom’s place was VERY comfortable. Each had our own room. Comfortable beds. The apartment had everything we needed. Everything easy to find. Lovely location by the river. Will definitely book again next time we visit.

Great location on a river. Perfect for 2 of us, didn't use pullout couch. Easy access to Mishawaka and South Bend. Very nice viewing deck and benches. Bring binoculars for viewing wildlife. Thank you Mark for a great stay!

We just returned from a wonderful stay! The place was spotless with a great view. You were able to walk to everything. The hosts stocked it with plush bath towels, make up towels, sample size toiletries, coffee, etc. We hope to return in the summer!

Fall time in Michigan is so much more beautiful when you can walk around, and boy did this place deliver. There's no need to touch your car once you park, no matter how long you stay. Endless shops, amazing restaurants (all 4 options we chose served us such good food), bars with live music, luxurious water views, galleries, fun experiences, and more all within easy walking distance. The space is beyond lovely with that beautiful water view. Whether we were exploring or relaxing in the living room, we were constantly enjoying the serenity of Saugatuck in the off season, silent outside past 6 but those bars pack up quick at night with for a fun time. It's such a welcoming city, and the space was just as welcoming. The shower was wonderful, kitchen fully stocked, many places to lounge with a book, cozy movie space. We absolutely loved our stay, hope to be back!

Very beautiful place. Secluded and peaceful, perfect for a quiet weekend away. Has a cute little town not too far away with plenty of places to eat and activities to participate in. Would definitely come back!

Patty's place was GREAT! My 3 sisters and I had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The Condo was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, had everything we needed in the living room, bathrooms and in the kitchen to cook meals. All 3 beds were very comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. We were able to drive North, South & East less than 30 minutes to visit wineries, shops, antique malls and fine restaurants. There are lots of things to do close to Coloma for 4 retired ladies. We loved walking down to the beach every evening to watch the sunset and waves as they rolled in.

Great stay as usual! We’re regulars staying at Stephaney’s place and will continue to come back each year. Beautiful sunsets, picturesque and peaceful area. Nothing not to love at Stephaney’s!

Nice, spacious and beautiful place along with the lake view. I will be revisiting when it’s a bit warmer.

We had a great time at the river house. My sons really enjoyed fishing from the dock, Lake Michigan was a super short, pretty drive, restaurants were walkable, and Saugatuck was a short drive too. Recommend hiking to Mount Baldhead and beyond to Oval Beach. Thanks so much for hosting us!

We had a wonderful time celebrating my brother's engagement and catching up with old friends! It was super peaceful but also had plenty of room to host a party and have a good time. We would 100% come back. My only warning to those coming here is to bring throw blankets if you are used to always having some.

This beautiful old house is a gem - it's as comfortable as your favorite pair of jeans. And the lakefront is just so special - clean, well kept, and inviting. We have been going for over 10 years and love it today as much as the first time we visited.

A wonderful lake house for my family. The house has everything you need. The kitchen was very well stocked for cooking and there's lots of fun stuff for playing on the lake. Very comfortable inside and out. We had a great time!

Howard is an amazing host. He was super responsive and accommodating to our large group. He had all the amenities that were listed on the property and more! We had more than enough towels and even kitchen appliances, spices, and utensils. His instructions were clear about checking out and our group had a wonderful weekend. We would definitely come back if he’ll have us! Thanks, Howard!

They stay was absolutely wonderful and met all of our needs! We had 4 small kids and they LOVED running up and down the long hallway. The amount of bathrooms to room ratio was awesome. I was worried when we first showed up and the backyard was covered in goose poop to where it made it unusable. But I was glad to see the next morning there was a group of people to came to pick all of it and they returned every morning to do so. This was amazing and allowed us to utilize such an awesome feature of the home. The fence by the beach also gave us peace of mind for the kiddos. I was a little disappointed that I missed in the listing that this location only had a charcoal grill since they mentioned a gas grill on some of generic location offerings. We reached out to confirm and they promptly got back to us that they were booked or we would have been able to do borrow one, but we made the charcoal grill work. Just something to note if you stay here. Overall a great stay for a family vacation!!

So pleased with the stay and the hosts. they went above and beyond and i never wanted to leave! if you’re looking for a perfect home away from home this is your place. Thank you guys again i can’t wait to be back.

We are from West Michigan, but had never spent the night in Saugatuck. We always went home after a visit. That was such a mistake. After staying at Holiday Hill, we realized that this small communityvof Saugatuck is so wonderful that it is best to stay long enough to enjoy everything. Holiday Hill is across the river from downtown Saugatuck with a beautiful view of the river, the sunrise, and the city shoreline. Nick's place was immaculate, and secured up a hill from the small resort that services it, so that it is very private. We may make it an annual event to visit the city and stay at Holiday Hill in one of Nick's units.

What an outstanding spot to enjoy the beauty of Saugatuck/Douglas! This charming condo, right on the river, offers a beautiful deck where you can watch the boats sail by and see some of the fun and music across the river, but still have your own private and quiet space. It's conveniently located next to the ferry, which runs every 15 minutes, making it easy to explore both sides of the river. The condo is fully equipped and also includes access to all the amenities and services of the adjacent Beachway Resort hotel. We actually worked remotely from the condo each day and then headed out for the day - wifi and seating was perfect for working remote, though perhaps only 1 zoom call at a time unless you can take one from the bedroom. The resort staff were excellent, but Kim's welcoming, proactive and responsive communication made us feel safe and right at home. We highly recommend this rental to anyone and look forward to returning soon!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean. Large living area, bedrooms were big and comfy. Bathrooms were clean and fully stocked. Condo was safe, close to town and lots of attention to the details. Would stay again!

My family of 4 that included a 1 year old and 3 year old loved staying here. The location was right by everything you would need and very walkable. The apartment itself had everything our family needed with this apartment being right on the water so we didn’t have to haul things back and forth. The beach was amazing and the warm salt water pool was a great break when we didn’t want to stay on the beach. What topped it off were the sunsets from the patio area which was HUGE and had plenty of chairs and tables for us to sit and watch. The 3 year old had a great time running and burning the last of her energy while the sun went down. Overall I would recommend this place for anyone that has kids and the location is hard to beat. We will definitely stay here again!!!

My husband & I rented this gem for a week. The condo is spotless, kitchen has many amenities, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and we loved it! We loved being right on the water/ beach and close to town. Highly recommend this adorable condo.

The place is super cute and cozy, the bed is comfy and the area is quiet and peaceful. I felt safe and right at home as I was here for an extended stay! I 100% recommend!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous. This is by far the cleanest AirB&B I’ve ever been in. It was spotless. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to shops, restaurants & bars. Next time we will come in the Summer so we can enjoy the beach. Thank you!!!

We absolutely loved this place and our stay. The lake views were more beautiful than the photos could show, the chalet is comfortable and well-stocked, and there was so much to do in the community that we didn't even scratch the surface. We loved the beach area which wasn't crowded at all, even on Labor Day weekend. We drove in to St. Joseph for dinner and to go to ur favorite shops - super easy drive. The walk to the beach was so short we didn't even take a lunch out there, just popped up to the house whenever we needed a restroom break or a snack. We never needed to contact Ben but got plenty of communication beforehand and the manual in the house provided info of how to text him if we needed to. We would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!
