Nestled in the Pauanui Lakes Resort you’ll find Villa 46 where you can kick back, relax and enjoy the tranquil space offered. Note this is a bird sanctuary so unfortunately no pets are permitted on site. Just a quick 10 minute drive to the Pauanui village and beach where you will find local cafes, shops and a supermarket for any last minute essentials.

Excellent location with a short walk to Restaurants , beach, town and supermarket. The complex has a large shared swimming pool.

Watch the activity on the waterways… boats coming and going, lots of sea birds etc. Gorgeous pool and spa as well as a gym and tennis court. Close to town and all amenities. Great kitchen , indoor and outdoor living areas. 2 bedrooms but can fit 2 extra children in second bedroom. (2 foam mattresses)
