Located in a quiet wooded neighborhood with horses, goats, ducks, and more this property allows children space to run and play. Stores are less than 10 minutes down the road. This is a perfect little haven, fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facilities. Parking is available for boats and trailers. Please Note: Sunday check-in is at 4pm, unless requested otherwise.

The rural charm of St. Mary’s County is among Maryland’s best kept secrets -- 90 minutes but a world away from Washington DC (with no Bay Bridge traffic!). We are near historic Leonardtown, boasting one of Maryland’s few remaining town squares (we affectionately call it “Mayberry”). And be sure to visit our sister property, White Point Cottage!

Relax in this spacious 4-bedroom, 1-bath home with a private pool (open May 13th - October 1st) perfect for families or groups. The Maryland International Raceway and Budds Creek Motocross Park are only 7 miles away, making this an ideal spot for race fans...and we have plenty of parking for your race trailers or cars. Washington, D.C. is also just a short drive. With a prime location and plenty of space to unwind, this home offers comfort and convenience for your next getaway.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Open floor plan with all the modern conveniences. King size bed, with space for an additional queen size air mattress. Washer, dryer, shower/bathtub. Note, there is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the Cottage, and absolutely no "4/20" products allowed on the property. Two night minimum for all reservations, and due to documented medical allergy concerns we are unable to host pets/animals of any kind.

Single-story living with 2 bedrooms, accessible shower on the ground floor.
