This place is what real Goa is all about. Waking up to this view was something else. The house is simple and meet all basic requirements. But the description and photos were pretty clear on that. A quite secluded place. Not much to do around but just enjoy the beach all day everyday. I am definitely going back for a longer stay.

First off all we would Like to Thank you Lourio and care taker Ranjeet for helping us out with so many things on a daily basis, their response was amazing. This place is great in terms r beach accessibility and peaceful surroundings, you can see and hear the waves which was fantastic experience. All food delivery services were a click away and for a extremely relaxing experience we highly recommend this place, the beach looks a like is of your own with very few people and pristine waters, did not expect this kind of luxury in crowded Goa. One word, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Exceptional Stay with Great Service! I had an amazing experience at this homestay! The place was exceptionally clean, with a well-maintained kitchen and bathroom, making my stay very comfortable. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. What truly made the stay special was the outstanding hospitality. The hosts were very accommodating, allowing an early check-in and a late check-out, which made my trip much more convenient. They also recommended great hotels and reliable scooty rentals, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, this homestay exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!

We are a family of 9 and this villa was amazing from the size to the location, it had everything the cleaner was lovely and we had clean towels every day. There is a pool on site just one min away. We would recommend this villa to large families, beautiful scenic location, great air con in every room. Kitchen well equipped but we only just used the glasses as so many great restaurants in walking distance to eat.

Really good stay. Host was very considerate and let us check in early. The house was very tidy. The location is also great.

premises is big enough for children to bring their own football to play. Can find a trail from house only to the beach 5 min walking, will find only some fishermen and no crowd , it's nice to be there at the beach in morning. House is surrounded by coconut trees. people seeking for peace with no loud DJ'S will definitely like the place. Restaurant near by is Sand and waves restaurant and bar at velsao beach ,will get all the varieties to eat and is near by and is the only restaurant at the beach and is enough as we can get everything to fill tummy.

The place is exactly as advertised - a little cottage with everything you need located a few minutes walk from Talpona beach. Talpona itself is a quiet beach without the bustle of nearby resorts such as Palolem. Nonetheless there are a few good places to eat and drink in Talpona. Palolem and Agonda are within 15 minutes drive also for day trips. Hosts are great, very receptive and accommodating. Overall perfect for people with small kids or for anyone looking for a proper break from city life.

We had an amazing and a very great stay at this property. The check in was seemless and Vaibhav was very proactive and always available whenever we needed any info / help. The villa was very clean and had all the amenities listed in the website. The perk of the property was that it was very close to the beach ( approx 300 mts ) and we had a fantastic time there . The beach is very pristine and serene with some good shacks and lovely food available. Overall it was an amazing experience and we enjoyed our vacation thoroughly ! Would love to go back again .

What a well maintained villa as well as overall property. River view is lovely and calming while it is 3 mins walking to the beach. They have their own shopping complex with a great supermarket for everything required. Literally so much to do within close proximity. Inder (the caretaker) was super friendly and helpful, as was olinda (house help). Overall this property is worth it if you want to stay in the area.

I had a great stay! Ritu was friendly and very responsive, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. No issues at all. I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area!

We had come with a group of 6 people. I must say this was the best place to enjoy connected to near by beach colva .The room was clean and aesthetic. Owner was also really helpful and humble. Really enjoyed our stay here. Will recommend this to my friends as well.

Anshul's place has everything you need, it's ideally placed in Cavelossim, easily walkable to the beach, there's a nice restaurant just at the end of the estate along with a small supermarket for essentials. And you're very close to other amenities. Friendly cleaner visiting every day. Anshul's recommendations were great, as was his communication. The complex was well maintained, though the pools in the complex (which I'm sure the host doesn't have any say in the upkeep of) weren't cleaned as frequently as we would have expected. But this is a very minor thing, you were better off going in the sea a few minutes walk away. You won't find a better place to stay in Cavelossim. Book and enjoy!

When we booked our stay in South Goa, our goal was to rejuvenate ourselves and spend our days at the beach. Upon arrival at the cottage, we were amazed; it truly took our breath away. Just a two-minute walk to the beach, with numerous nearby restaurants, it was wonderfully secluded. Parvin and his family were incredibly involved, always kind and polite. Their thoughtful recommendations and guidance transformed our experience into something truly extraordinary.

We had a lovely stay at Shawnels, the staff were incredibly accommodating, and very friendly. The matress on the bed was a little too firm for us and when mentioned to the staff, they changed it immediately. The gardens are absolutely beautiful, and so very well maintained with the paths being cleaned daily. Lots of restaurants close by and a short walk to the beach made it a perfect and tranquil location! I highly recommend a stay here if you are in panolem. Thankyou so much we hope to come back next year! 🙏

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom apartment. The place was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. It was perfect for our needs, with all the essentials provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was also quite good—easy to get around and close to many attractions and amenities. The only small drawback was the absence of a hotel nearby, which might be a consideration for those looking for on-site facilities like a restaurant or concierge. However, this didn’t impact our experience too much, as the apartment itself offered everything we needed. A special mention goes to Vinay, who coordinated our stay. He was truly outstanding—very responsive, always available to help, and quick to reply to any questions we had. His professionalism and friendly attitude made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. It’s rare to find someone so helpful and attentive! All in all, we had a great time

Did not meet Sarita at all. Hence, this review is for Felcy and Felcy cottages. The place is nice and cosy and perfect for a quiet stay next to the beach. Felcy helped to improve our experience and made our stay memorable. You could directly call Tony to plan your stay.
