Welcome to "Villa Esperanza". Only seconds to the beach! We are so happy to get to share our space with you. We have a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room with seating for 10 people, an outdoor patio, hammocks, outdoor shower, and an above ground pool. Our beach home is airy, bright & beautifully decorated. The patio and backyard are fully fenced and large enough for all family activities. The home is located on a small gated community that consists of only 12 lots, very calm and private.

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

At La Vista del Mar we have two new units "The View" and "The Nest". Each accommodates two adults and if necessary arrangements can be made for a third person. The property and units were recently renovated and offer a quiet and relaxing setting right on the beach with private beach entrance and private beach shower.
