I stayed at Jody's the night before my wedding and she was so sweet and lovely and it was truly the most dreamy place to stay and have my wedding portraits taken. Jody was so communicative and thoughtful, I'd highly recommend staying here.

Thank you, Leslie, for a great stay! The property is beautiful and peaceful. I found it easy to find Leslie’s place with the instructions she provided and check in was fast. Leslie’s place is clean, spacious, and the rooms are super cute with comfortable beds. I love that both rooms have their own full bathroom! Our room had an extra mini fridge and that was a plus for me. We had everything we needed and more! Overall, my family and I enjoyed our stay at Leslie’s and we definitely recommend it.

Wonderful quick stop in charming Cayucos. Cozy bedding, comfortable and beautiful surroundings. We are a family of 5 so a bit tight but for an overnight we had a great night, family sleepover style. Laura had a comfortable bed for all of us! Love the little fireplace by the bed, surprising amount of heart and ambiance.

I stayed a week and it was everything I was hoping: peaceful, comfortable, beautiful yard, and blocks from the beach. Karen is a wonderful, thoughtful host. I absolutely recommend this place!

Dian and Jays place was so very lovely. Perfect get away to help rebalance the soul. It was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there. Linens were clean, bed was wonderfully comfy. Lots of places to explore and relax in the shade. Wonderful salt water pool to enjoy. All very private and quiet. Close to wineries and downtown Paso Robles. We will for sure be back again.

We had a wonderful time staying in the Garden Suite. The place was very comfortable and had a nice layout. There was an ocean view from the deck. Being above the restaurant was no problem and the coffee shop below was a real bonus. Beach access is about a block and a half away. Very close! We loved the small town feel of Cayucos and will be planning to come back and stay here again.

What a lovely spot and Dan and Sharon were gracious hosts. We felt right at home and it was super convenient location near family. We enjoyed the area and the comforts of a well cared for home away from home. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend to further unwind. It was a quick trip. This would be a great spot to spend a few days or more and take in the area and surrounding. Lots to do.

A cozy place to stay when you're in Paso Robles. A cute living room that had clear instructions for WIFI and streaming tv access. A small refrigerator was stocked with waters, soft drinks, and a bottle of sparkling wine to welcome us to the unit. Some snacks were included as well. There's a Bluetooth speaker you can use to stream music. The couch was very comfortable. The front patio was a great place to unwind, with plenty of seating and two tables. There's also a fountain you can turn on. Bedroom and the bathroom were both spotless and very roomy. There's even a great coffee area with plenty of K-cup selections and cutlery. The location was quiet and about 5-8 minutes from downtown Paso. Hosts were amazing and welcoming. As soon as we made our reservations, Lizette reached out to ask if we wanted local recommendations, and the restaurant we went to on her list was amazing. She also offered a bottle of wine/sparkling/non-alcoholic as a welcome gift. An excellent experience all-around.

Another peaceful stay in a beautiful location

Surrounding neighbors were really noisy. in the worst way possible (if you know what i mean 😭). Great spot tho love the room.

I loved this studio! Having the green mini-forest right outside my window and slight view of Morro Bay made my heart happy and soul relaxed. The location is beautiful to walk around, close to the Elfin Forest and walkable to the downtown area with cafes. The bed was super comfy memory foam and it was dark at night in the room so I slept really well. The kitchen is small but perfect for the meals I made with hot plate, fridge, and toaster oven. The bathroom is small but shower has great pressure and got hot fast. The only issue is you can hear the family upstairs when they walk around or talk. I loved hearing the kids in the morning and at night giggle and play, meeting them and talking, but if you’re noise sensitive it might be hard. Their dog is so sweet too. You’re definitely living in someone’s home and guest suite, and I love that when I use AirBnB. It was private but not secluded. The family was super responsive and helpful and amenities great.

Mike and Jen’s guest suite in Los Osos was the perfect weekend retreat. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials. Nestled in a peaceful and private location, the only sounds were those of nature and nearby livestock, which added to the charm without being disruptive. Despite its tranquility, the property is conveniently close to major roads, restaurants, and attractions, offering the perfect balance between seclusion and accessibility. When I faced unexpected car troubles and had to reschedule last minute, Mike and Jen were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to accommodate the change. Their kindness and flexibility truly stood out. Overall, it’s a great value for the money, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Deedee was such a welcoming host! My childhood girlfriend and I stayed here on a reunion trip and we couldn’t have asked for a more cozy stay or such a wonderful host. The golf cart was super fun to cruise around town and Deedee was always responsive and made our stay extra special!

Sarah’s place was absolutely perfect and I would very happily stay again! The bed was a delicious clean cloud to come back to after long days of hiking and sightseeing. If you like a very firm mattress you might not like it but I slept like a baby. The check in was beyond easy. The parking spot is large and clearly sign posted. The place itself was so lovely and the nature was incredible. I made friends with a sweet little goat who came right up onto the beautiful deck. I saw wild deer, turkeys and watched the moon from the cute little conversation pit type seating area. The place is clean, the bathroom is a great size. Sarah put out lovely little snacks, waters and a bottle of wine. She also had great restaurant recommendations that made the town easier to navigate. The price per night is incredibly reasonable and much lower than anywhere else in the area. I really have no complaints and had a wonderful stay! Thank you so much Sarah.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the views were spectacular, the hot tub was perfect, and the pool right nearby was a wonderful cold plunge. The kitchen was well-appointed and even had all the herbs and spices I could have ever needed if we had wanted to cook a nice meal (wound up eating out in downtown PR which was a short drive away). We didn't see another soul our entire stay and it was just very, very relaxing and peaceful. Really appreciated having access to the washing machine and dryer, as we had left some items outside on the deck to dry and it wound up raining. Overall, a fantastic getaway!

Great little studio with nice extra amenities like the rooftop deck with a peek of the bay/ocean. Great access to the rest of Los Osos/Baywood Park: we brought our bikes and biked all over to preserves, coffee shops, and restaurants! Also, incredible access to one of our favorite places in yhe world, Montaña de Oro. Jamie answered all my questions and was always helpful. Great stay overall!

Cute studio with small but complete kitchenette. Driveway is a little tricky to find, keep the directions they send you handy upon arrival. The place is very quiet and the bed was comfy.

This place was beautiful!! And it had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay! Our friends loved it as well and we were able to hang out comfortably and play games in the living room area! It was spacious and cozy!! Santa Margarita was very small but has a great coffee shop and antique store! We drove a short way to Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo old town for a fun afternoon of exploring! I would highly recommend this Airbnb for a great stay near some great areas! Our friends who joined us live in Paso Robles which is a convenient distance from many fun things to do! Thank you Diann!!

The room and bathroom were clean and cozy. There was a mini fridge and microwave, washer/dryer, wifi, and even some snacks available. It was easy to find and get inside, and Lynne was very responsive. We had a great stay here!

My partner and I stayed at week at Juli's home. We had a great time. We especially liked the location, which is at the edge of downtown San Luis Obispo. We also liked the clear instructions from Juli on how to find the property and how to access the home. I recommend Juli as a host and this property as a vacation getaway.
