We spent 10 days in Sara's house with my family and our stay was great! Sara's place is comfortable, clean and fully corresponding to the description. The equipments are complete and the outside on the canal is lovely and secured for the kids. The location is ideal, near of all the best places to visit (Honeymoon Island, Tarpon, Starkey Park, etc). We strongly recommend Sara's home!

wow ! beautiful, well maintained home ! the home was clean with lots of natural light. kitchen was well equipped with cooking Utensils. the pool was AMAZING 👏 back yard was full fenced making for lots of Privacy. strongly recommend. the rental agreement was basically the Exact same thing as the airbnb website so no need to be worried. affordable & well wroth it . Melinda was such a pleasure to work with . my family will be returning in sep for another week . plenty of family activities , groceries store and restaurants. located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. lots of towels and cleaning supplies. comfortable beds with lauge master. overall 5 stars.

We loved this location for our vacation! The house had all the amenities we could want, it was well kept, and it was conveniently located near good restaurants and manatee and dolphin viewing areas!

Wonderful place to stay! Very spacious for a large group. Beds were comfortable Lots of games provided inside, Great yard for games and kids to play, kitchen has utensils and dinnerware for a large group. Pool was wonderful, only downside is not heated so it was chilly! Boat ramp super close with a great dock to keep your boat. Highly recommend for vacation!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly nice and spotless.The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

I selected this home because of its proximity to New Port Ritchey and was not disappointed. It is only a few blocks from shops and restaurants. (There are many in NPR) However, I was pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the location, which was right next to the river and the park that runs along it. The house was beautiful, nicely decorated, well-stocked, and had plenty of space. I would definitely rent this place again.
