Kick back and enjoy the 49" 4k Smart TV which includes a soundbar, Netflix, HBO, and basic cable TV channels. Our historic townhouse was built in 1850 and has been recently renovated. It sits on a well lit, tree lined street in one of the most desirable streets of Federal Hill (location is everything in Baltimore). There are dozens of popular bars and restaurants for night life. This is one of the safest neighborhoods in Baltimore and the surrounding neighbors are extremely friendly, most of whom are families. Enjoy free parking in our private driveway with additional street parking available for free. I promise you will not regret it. The entire townhouse, driveway, rooftop deck, etc. are all yours to use exclusively! We like to give our guests space so you might not see us during your stay. Check-in is via a door keypad, so no need to worry about coordinating your schedule for a key exchange. I live in California but my co-owner/host lives just a couple blocks away. I am always available to answer questions and am highly responsive via text/call and Airbnb message Federal Hill is considered one of the most convenient and walkable neighborhoods in all Baltimore, with this well-lit, tree lined street one of its most desirable. Stroll just 3 blocks to come to a choice of dozens of popular bars and restaurants. -Uber -Charm City Circulator (free bus stop 2 blocks away) -Water Taxi a few blocks away that can take you to the aquarium and anywhere else you want to go. -MARC Trains to DC -Zipcar -Less than a 20 minute drive from BWI and just a few short minutes drive to access I-95, which avoids the traffic cluster noticed in other Baltimore neighborhoods -Walking -Bike/scooter ride share programs No parties and no smoking! The maximum amount of people allowed on the property at any given time is 10. I reserve the right to ask for a valid form of identification at the time of check-in. Failure to provide may result in cancellation of the booking at the expense of the guest. I also require that guests be respectful of the neighbors, there are awesome people living in the surrounding townhouses including a family with a newborn baby next door...please be mindful of this fact at all times. A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.
