Independent access from the street to our group of CHAMBERI LIVING apartments, located on the second floor with private elevator, guarantees maximum comfort, independence and privacy. Features enjoyed by my guests: -The kitchen is fully equipped with the best quality appliances guaranteeing you everything you need to feel at home and cook your favorite dishes. With an open concept design, it integrates seamlessly with a spacious living room, through a bar with high stools. The room has spectacular windows as you bask in the warmth of the natural light that floods the space. During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. Se incluye la posibilidad de aparcar un vehículo en una plaza de aparcamiento ubicado al lado del apartamento Se trata de un apartamento equipado con el menaje básico necesario. El acceso al apartamento está libre de barreras arquitectónicas (sin escalones) y se realiza directamente desde la calle. A su llegada, se le facilitará un código de acceso que le permitirá abrir la puerta de entrada. Se distribuye en un hall de entrada, salón con cocina americana, dormitorio en el que se encuentra la cama de matrimonio (1,35x1,90) con ropa de cama y baño completo con ducha. Está completamente equipado, con los servicios principales de cocina con lavavajillas, frigo, cafetera italiana, aire acondicionado, plancha, baño equipado con toallas, secador y gel, así como televisión y Wifi (fibra 100 mb) cuyo funcionamiento se detalla una vez realizada la reserva. No tiene detector de monóxido de carbono al no ser necesario, pues los servicios de calefacción y cocina son eléctricos. Existe la posibilidad de dotar el apartamento con trona o cuna de viaje si el huésped lo necesita, pero es imprescindible que lo avise mediante mensaje de Airbnb una vez realizada la reserva. Si necesita algún servicio adicional a los expuestos en el anuncio, no dude en solicitarlo por si está en nuestra mano poder facilitárselo o ayudarle a conseguirlo. El estudio está completamente a disposición del huésped y se puede hacer uso de todos los elementos descritos en la web., pero no se puede acceder a zonas comunes del edificio, tales como patios interiores, azotea o permanecer en los rellanos de las escaleras. El acceso se puede realizar sin necesidad de que haya una persona esperando para abrirles, pues al ser un acceso independiente desde la calle y contar con un cajetín de seguridad con clave a la entrada se puede acceder libremente una vez se facilite el código de acceso. Se proporciona un juego de llaves de la puerta dentro del cajetín de la entrada al apartamento. En caso de pérdida, se cobrará un suplemento de 35 € para hacer una copia de reemplazo. El apartamento dispone de internet (fibra de 600 mb) y televisión con puerto de USB, por si desea traerse sus propias películas, así como la TDT con los canales convencionales en español y SMARTV. Por respeto a otros huéspedes no se permiten fiestas ni fumar en el interior del apartamento.

Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas, aventureros, y viajeros de negocios. Autobuses en la puerta, el número 75 a Callao, el 46 a Gran Via, el 41 a Atocha y nocturno N20 que funciona toda la noche. Metro y Renfe a 5 minutos, líneas 10,6 y ramal que sube a Opera, Puerta del Sol. Dando un paseo el Palacio Real está a 15 minutos.
