Our studio is close to Rosebank, less than a five minute walk from Craighall Park shops and restaurants and a short drive to the hub of Parkhurst. Centrally located within a pretty courtyard, it is quiet and whilst attached to the main house, has its own entrance and secure parking. Guests have a private outside space with a table and chairs overlooking the flowers where they can relax and enjoy some fresh air. The studio is not suitable for children, babies or those with limited mobility.

"Under Syringa"; a beautiful space in which to stay while visiting and exploring Parktown North, Rosebank and surrounding suburbs. The cottage is separate and private from our home, has off-street parking, and own secure entrance. There is a very spacious bedroom with a queen size bed, en-suite with shower, and desk/work area. There is a seperate living area with a full kitchen, dining and lounge space. The bedroom and lounge areas open to a private courtyard under a glorious Syringa tree.

Both mezzanine and ground floor look out on to a tranquil, bird - filled garden. Only 1 block from bustling 4th avenue Parkhurst, yet extremely quiet.

Pete's Suite offers a centrally-located private suite in a secure area. Backup Solar Power ensures no interruption to Fibre & LTE internet connectivity. The property is strictly non-smoking. There is a separate entrance, shared driveway. Includes a bedroom, spacious lounge and kitchenette stocked with a few essentials. The bathroom has a large shower and excellent water pressure. Delta Park is in walking distance for birders and fitness enthusiasts. The Teahouse is suitable for both short and long term lets. The covered patio area is charming.
